We always have a great experience at Cranberry Hill. Staff is super friendly, welcoming, and very kind and caring towards our pets. You can tell they're a group of genuine animal lovers. We met with Dr. Eric during our latest visit and were impressed (and grateful) with his approach. He really took the time to listen to our concerns with our dog's symptoms and help us get to the bottom of what's going on. Rather than ordering tests right away (our dog is in overall good health with non-alarming symptoms), he was forthcoming about how easy it can be to rack up test bills when you don't have enough information going in, so instead suggested closely tracking our dog's behaviour to narrow down possible diagnoses and then select more targeted testing once we have more information. We really appreciate the level of care Cranberry Hill provides to both pets and owners!

We have gone to Cranberry Hill since our 6 year old dog was just a puppy. The whole team has always been so compassionate and helpful. They are always just a phone call or email away. This week, we brought our dog to get a concerning mass removed (and spayed at the same time).. being an older, ++anxious dog, we were so worried about her. The staff made us feel completely secure, safe, and took amazing care of our dog while keeping us very updated. Honestly, they went above and beyond to take the best care of her! Before the surgery, Dr. Marcuzzi was very kind in answering my 1000 questions about the procedure and our options. We felt very informed in our decisions. We are so grateful for this place and their obvious passion for the animals in their care!

I have been taking my pets to Cranberry Hill since moving to Kemptville 6 years ago, and have had exceptional service. The administrative team, vet techs, and veterinarians are friendly, kind, and compassionate. In the spirit of honestly there is one vet who was a bit too direct during a sensitive time for my liking, but I do know she had my pets’ best interest in mind. Since then I have asked to see other vets and have always had wonderful experiences with them. Most recently I have worked with Dr Laurie, Dr Kelly, and Dr Eric and they are fantastic.

I took my dog to Cranberry Hill Animal Hospital for the first time the other day and I was very impressed with both the administrative staff and Dr. Caroline. Dr. Caroline was amazing. She's very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in detail. She even emailed a summary of what was discussed during the visit later that same day. I also found the fees reasonable and similar to other vet clinics. Overall my first visit was a positive experience.

I totally recommend cranberry Hill animal hospital to anyone. The staff and service is amazing they are very caring towards animals. And It's the first time I actually found a vet that made me and my dogs feel welcomed. And never felt like i was being taken advantaged of. there's price for visits are fair. Thanks to Dr Eric my dog is back to his normal self. loving life.

The staff are the friendliest set of people I have ever encountered. I was with a family member who went for their animal so it was my first impression...they actually care about the animals, they know names and come greet them with enthusiasm!!! They are sweet and kind, and they educate and advise along with the exams. Everything was explained so we knew what's going on, and why, and you learn tips to better care for your pets too!!!! Amazing group of people!!!

We had a great first visit at Cranberry hill! Finn is usually super anxious and scared at the vet but not at Cranberry Hill. Everyone was really attentive and reassuring for us! 10 out of 10 experience highly recommend dr Dana if you have an anxious dog !

Very kind and sympathetic staff. They took very good care of our sick,old kitty. She started feeling better later that day. The vet was not judgmental and was honest.

I am beyond thrilled with Cranberry Hill. I've been bringing my fur family here since moving back from Toronto in 2013 and have always had amazing service from the whole team. Dr. Eric is amazing with my dogs, and my cat absolutely melts when she gets to visit Dr. Eric! The fees are standard and they don't push services on you. I find them very knowledgeable - I know my fur family is always in great hands with the vets, RVTs, and admin staff. I've referred family and friends here too. Thank you so much!

Dr. Caroline was wonderful with our new puppy Lily and very helpful with our questions. The other staff at the clinic were very helpful too, a very friendly atmosphere.

Great service by a friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate me and my pet at short notice to get the essential care needed.

I have been taking my own pets as well as many of the rescue dogs I work with to Cranberry Hill for over 3 years. I have experienced nothing but the best from the front line staff at the clinic from the VA's to the Techs, and the Veterinarians are top notch. Dr. Kelly Ferguson is truly one of the most knowledgable and caring veterinarians I have ever met. If you are looking for a vet clinic, I highly recommend Cranberry Hill! Even my pets love them :)

As usual great service. The Vet and Tech were great to deal with. New puppy's first check up, they explained all the options with his health care.

Can't say enough good things about the Cranberry Hill team. They are knowledgeable, kind and take the time to listen and then give thoughtful advice. I started bringing my rescue dog to Dr. Kelly and team a year ago, and have found the service I've received to be very worth the 30-min drive from Ottawa.

My dog always receives kind and compassionate care by all staff at Cranberry Hill. Vets and staff have great client service skills, and have been open and honest with us.

The staff at Cranberry Hill are absolutely amazing. They are friendly and knowledgeable, they always have our pets best interest in mind while being able to give us care options. Our GSP recently cut her leg and needed care, they gave me a same day appointment and gave her staples. The procedure took all of 5 minutes and it is healing perfectly.

I have been using this veterinary service for 10 years now and have never ever had any issues. They follow up to see how my dogs are doing after any procedure, they will space out shots so it is not so hard on our dog's. They are always friendly and answer all of my crazy questions!
