Mallory is so awesome one of the best dental hygienists out there!!! Took her time and was really nice to talk to. She’s so great with my family! I’ll be coming back soon for another visit. I feel really taken care of and she made my experience great. She also likes Harry Potter like me and I loved talking to her about it. It’s one of my favourite books and movies out there. Give her a raise!

I recently transferred from a dental office in Riverside South to Yazdani after moving to Kemptville, and they’ve provided an extremely professional, thoughtful and welcoming experience so far! I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of information communicated throughout a routine cleaning; their attention to detail and genuine care was truly comforting. I just left from a cavity filling and the dentist and her assistant were both extremely gentle, considerate and excellent communicators. I always leave Yazdani in a good mood :)

Friday, March 1st was my initial visit with Yazdani Family Dentistry and I came away feeling quite pleased with the whole experience. I found the facility highly organized, efficient & focused on high levels of patient comfort care. From the first greeting to my tour with Courtney, the assessment by Dr Sida through to the final payment moments with Sue & Elaine my overall impressions are totally positive, completely welcomed and looking forward to my next appointments. For me to say that I am looking forward to a dentist appointment is huge but that is how the people at the Yasdani Family Dentistry made me feel. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive dentist experience.

First time visit tonight. Zineb was excellent! Great care provided by her. She is very good at her job and professional. Dr. Cherid was amazing as well. Great bedside manner, and some very useful info and tips for my teeth. The front desk was also very professional and Great with clients. Glad I decided to check out Yazdani Dental.

I went in as a new client today and was greeted so kindly, and given a whole tour of the clinic. I was given a lovely little welcome package as well. Once I was in the chair, I had Courtney and Dr. Desai treating and assessing me. I have been to many dentists as I have severe dental anxiety that was never taken seriously or listened to, and when I tell you that I have never been treated like I was at Yazdani, I mean it! They were both so friendly, so kind, so caring, and so understanding of my fears and concerns. Not only did they listen, but they empathized and went out of their way to ensure my visit and my treatment was more than comfortable for me (which it was!!!). They have a lovely comfort menu which I thought was just so amazing! I got a warm blanket, and a Netflix show on!
When they explained everything and that I was going to be getting a filling done, I felt my nerves skyrocket and get shaky, but they did everything to ensure I was comfortable. They provided me with the nitrous oxide to help ease my anxiety, and I truly felt almost nothing throughout the procedure. When it came to the actual work done, it was quick, and done so well! I can smile again without insecurity and that is worth more than I can say!
I never thought I would feel so good about going to the dentist and I am (for the first time ever) excited about getting my mouth finally taken care of properly. It’s easy to let dental anxiety get the best of you and neglect your dental hygiene, but I am so at ease knowing that I am in the care of the amazing people at Yazdani. If you are like me, this is the place to go!

Thank you for great customer service. It started from the minute I walked into the office (2 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday). The lady, didn't rush me out the door, she took the time to find out what the issue was, advised how I could manage the situation until I could get into to see the dentist. She also informed me she would call if any cancelations came up so I could be seen sooner.
Appointment day: I was greeted immediately, shown around the office, and before I knew it I was in the chair.
The lovely assistant (Kristen I think) explained what would happen, she was so kind. Then the dentist Dr. Evans was introduced to me and she took action right away. Before I knew it, my dental issues had been taken care of and I was on my way. BUT, not empty handed!! They had a small gift for me and scheduled my next appointment.
I highly recommend this team, they were fantastic!!

Super impressed with the whole atmosphere of this dental clinic, from the staff to the ambience to the cleanliness everything was above and beyond. My son also had his 1st dentist visit and the staff were absolutely wonderful with him, he was asking when we get to go back! If I could give a million stars I would! Thanks Yazdani team!

Our kids have a little bit of a fear going to the dentist but Mallory and Dr. Bates treated my kiddos with the utmost kindness. To asking what they wanted to watch on tv while she did the cleaning to giving stickers for being brave. It was an amazing experience for them. I’m confident they will look forward to their next appointment at Yazdani. Thank you from a greatful momma.

There is a reason that I continue to go here for all of my dental needs, even after moving into Orleans 6 years ago. Everyone here, from reception to hygienist and dentists are fantastic. Never had problems at Yazdani dentistry.

Truly the best dental visit I've ever experienced. Every single staff member was beyond friendly and efficient - very personable - compassionate staff all around. Facilities are top notch and they provide many extras I've never seen at any other dental facility.

I saw Mallory the hyg today. She was friendly, pleasant, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did a very thorough job in all aspects of my cleaning.
Dr. Sidon completed my recall exam and he too put me at ease while explaining everything in layman's terms.
The care given upon reception to receive your bill was painless too.

This office almost makes going to the dentist a treat!!! The friendly environment (all staff members are pleasant and cheerful) and the amenities (TV's in every room, snacks/beverages and games for kids in reception area) can't be beat! Highly recommend!
