Angelo was amazing! He repaired our still under warranty 'like new' 65" Samsung TV. He was prompt, communicated well, and was very professional. Angelo showed up the first, and only time, with several parts to get the job done.

We had a sound bar issue from our brand New Best Buy Samsung purchase. Just wouldn’t work properly with our brand new Samsung TV.
The Geek Squad from Best Buy service plan came out to our home and could not figure it out why it wasn’t working. So the next step was using the manufactures warrantee through Best Buys plan. Samsung sent us a local contact professional to sort it out. Angelo’s audio Video came to the rescue. They assesses the sound bar and Tv ran diagnostics and needed to take the sound bar to the shop to change the motherboard-
They did a fabulous job, all fixed, all covered by Samsung/Best Buy…seamless and now we have perfect sound on our new big TV! Warrantees do come in handy for new products

Angelo saved my marriage! My wife was ready to move in with her mother so that she could watch the final episode of The Voice but Angelo fixed our TV so that she could stay ;-> Seriously though, Angelo was great!
