Everyone at Sider Automotive is always great to deal with. Been dealing with them for 13 years now. Not a single complaint. Randy, Lilly (former owners) and Luka (current owner) are just good, honest people. Highly recommend!

Once again I am a very HAPPY customer of SIDER AUTOMOTIVE in Wainfleet. My car wa in for a major AC repair and after diligent research Luka the owner found out it was only a fuse that prevent the compressor from working. I don't do that very often but today I have to really recommend the services of Sider Automotive in Wainfleet, I got my GMC Yukon serviced there yesterday and the service and specially how honest the owner is was really appreciated, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was right after few road tests. I was introduced to Sider Automotive by our landlord Cynthia and we thank her as well for the suggestion. From now on my go to for car service and reapair is Sider. Tks Luca

Really great people to work with who truly care about you and your vehicle. Honestly the best shop I have ever been to, and I know I can trust them. I work an hour away, and when my car breaks down up there, down to Sider Automotive she goes. I refuse to go anywhere else because why would you when you have found the best!

Randy and Lily run the best auto shop I've ever been involved with, and I'm 68. I've made them my "go-to" shop because of the way they run things and the way they treat people. I had a slight fuel line leak (just was starting to seep from a connection) and a while later it let go. Took it back and expected a slight charge, but there was none. Randy said it was their fault. Another time, I took my newer Toyota Camry Hybrid (2018) to the dealer in St. Catharines (steering issue). They said it needed a new steering box ($850). I told them to hold off. Took it here. Randy agreed, but they fixed it MANY months ago and the bill was slightly north of 100. They took the steering box apart and lubed it really well and I've had no issue since. They really have the customer's best interests at heart.

In my experience, Sider Automotive has been an amazing shop to do business with. very fair with costs and will go out of their way to make sure the job is done right. Along with the friendly mechanics, the owners are super nice and always make sure all of your questions are awnsered. 10/10
