I had an excellent experience at Lifemark. When I checked in (Sara I believe) was very friendly and helpful. The location and appt times fit my schedule perfectly. Then I met my assigned Physiotherapist Darcy McSorley. He is exceptional, from his caring, kind personality to his thoroughness and knowledge. I am truly grateful for his accuracy and expertise!

Had some issues with pain in my shoulders and a pinched nerve in my arm. After about 6 months of going here for appointments my issues have been drastically improved. Darcy was the person I worked with the most and he is great. All the staff here are very friendly and great to be around. If I ever have any future issues this’ll be my spot to go to.

I had an amazing massage today by the wonderful Holly Barnes. Holly had been my massage therapist for a few years until she moved away. Now she’s back and I am so excited! Holly is FANTASTIC! Very calming and professional. I was so relaxed after my visit. And the Lifemark staff were so awesome and friendly! It was a great first time experience for me :) I can’t wait for my next visit!

This place has been a life saver for me. Everyone one has been incredibly helpful, friendly and highly professional. Darcy has been very supportive and incredibly helpful, helping me keep a positive outlook on a full recovery. Stephanie, Sarah and Jill have treated me like family during every visit and there have been many. This is a very well run clinic as shown by the positive and friendly demeanor of the entire staff. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that needs to use a place such as this.

Lifemark is amazing from reception on. I go to Holly for Massage and she does a fantastic job.

The whole Staff at Lifemark in New Glasgow are a very friendly group. Rosanna and Erin worked very hard to get be back to my "normal"self !!! Mae and Stephanie were always a friendly face when I walked in and when I Called. If I had to leave a message, they returned my call in a timely Manner! Mike the OT was very thorough and understanding when we had to go to my work place!!! Sarah always has a smile on her face for you :) Trinda is very friendly and makes you feel so comfortable with her. Robyn, Marcy, Darcy and Gillian are so friendly and concerned for you even if you are not their Patient !!! Great work by Everyone there !!! I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed their services again !!!

I have had a unique experience, I had been injured at work while awaiting surgery. The Lifemark team was very understanding and helpful both before and after surgery giving an excellent back to work plan that has accelerated a full return without limitations. Go team Lifemark! Thank you. If you do the work, you will get the results.

I have had 2 occasions where I've been referred to Lifemark. In both cases I was in extreme pain. The first time Darcy McSorley patiently worked with me through a pinched nerve in my shoulder. It took about 3-4 months but finally the exercises started to work.
Late October, 2022 I arrived back with a torn knee miniscus. Jack Chiasson was my physiotherapist this time, and again I was treated with utmost patience and kindness. At one point I thought I'd never be able to put weight on my leg again, but again, faithfully following the exercise regime set out for me, I'm now back to a regular routine. It took roughly 2 months, but it's back to normal. I still do my exercises twice a day.
Lifemark has given me back my normal lifestyle twice now, and I can't say enough about the professionalism and caring of this clinic and staff! Margaret Weir

I’ve been to Rosanna for pelvic floor therapy and can not overstate how excellent she is. I thought the issue I had been dealing with for years wasn’t fixable - she assured me I’d be better in about five treatments, and she was right!

Today I saw Darcy for a minor but painful injury.

Childcare fell through, so I called the clinic and was told if I was comfortable with it I could bring my 7 month old along. (Having been there previously during covid, I felt very confident about their safety protocols.) Not only did Darcy very quickly pinpoint the issue and get me on track with a treatment plan, he went above and beyond to make the experience - overtired baby in tow - better than I could have hoped for; engaging the baby, offering to dim the lights while he left me with the tens machine in case the baby decided to nap, and so patient with interruptions. I left feeling relieved that it wasn’t a disaster taking the baby, and confident that his treatment will have me healed up in no time.

Both physiotherapists are phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend!

I am so thankful for this clinic! I saw Gillian Malan for a shoulder issue and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and professional and I found her compassionate and easy to talk to. She had me back to work and out of pain faster than I had expected! Kudos to the entire staff as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They will be my go to clinic for any physiotherapy needs in my future!

I have used the services of Lifemark New Glasgow on several occasions over the years. I've always found the staff to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The cheerful, positive, and supportive environment makes you feel better from the time you enter. I received treatment from Darcy, Gillian, Robyn, Rosanna, and Trinda, as well as past and present support staff.The level of care and compassion that I received was unmatched by any of their competitors that I have used. I am consistently impressed by the service at Lifemark. I have been in on numerous occasions for Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy. All of the therapists are kind, caring and willing to go the extra mile to help. The staff are warm and welcoming, greeting all clients by name and showing genuine consideration for their well being.

This is my second time requiring physiotherapy. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Darcy listens to me and explains every thing out. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Always makes sure I am comfortable with my"homework" Before I leave for the day. I didn't have to wait long for my initial appointment. I would recommend Lifemark to everyone.

Administration very quick to return my call. In for assessment an appointment same day was so reassuring to me. Quick assessment and quick treatments allowed me to get back to work sooner. Thanks a lot Darcy, greatly appreciate your caring and expertise in treatment.

I went to Lifemark Physiotherapy New Glasgow for pelvic floor muscle therapy after having a bad tear while giving birth. I met with Rosanna who was very knowledgable about this type of therapy. She was also professional and friendly, which helped make the therapy - a naturally uncomfortable process - much more pleasant. The clinic in general is very welcoming with friendly and efficient reception staff. Also, in the time of COVID, the safety measures were clear and thorough.

Amazing tem working there. Always a smiling face for you. Gillian was awesome she helped me through a very hard time after my car accident not just as a physio therapist but as a friend.

Gillian is amazing and has helped me tremendously after an injury in the military. Staff are all very pleasant and helpful and always making sure you are taken care of and comfortable! 5 star for sure!

Love Lifemark New Glasgow. The care I have received there over the last couple years has been top notch. Most recently an assessment from Paul Makinen for orthotics. His knowledge is vast and I feel confident in his ability to create a product that will give my feet comfort and support.

I go here for massages. Robyn is the name of the woman I go to and she is fantastic! She is very polite, professional and she does a great job everytime. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
