Dr. Rashmi Nigam

I have been seeing Dr Nigam for a number of years. She did both of my cataracts and has treated me for glaucoma for many years.
She always has time to discuss any concerns I have and is very meticulous.

She was very professional and efficient. She know her business.

Straight to the point. Diagnosed and treated what others missed. Proffessional.

It is the worst doctor I have ever seen, I suggest never go see such a rude doctor, they do not even care about you, they just start poking your eyes. I have never seen such a heartless doctor in my life, with a lot of attitude who never smiled at her patients and no instruction on what is coming next to your eye.
I would rate her negative and she should stop practicing with patients. They are just into earning money without sympathy for the patient. One star is only for the young receptionist person who is always nice.

Dr Nigam is rude, dismissive, and if she does have any medical knowledge she is not willing to share it with her patients. Maybe the worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of seeing.

In my second (and final!) appointment I was made to wait for an hour and a half, after which she saw me for maybe 20-30 seconds total. No apologies, and she was not willing to spend time answering my questions because she was “busy”. I was there for a follow up appointment but I’m not convinced she even looked at my eye.

Worst experience with a medical professional I have ever had. I was sent there by a physician. I was not listened to, questions were not answered and was treated in an impatient and dismissive manner and like I was a waste of time. Though something "suspicious " was seen, she would not say what it was and would not do further testing, telling me to go back to my optometrist. There was no sense of caring or compassion and I left the office traumatized.

They erased my complaint .
