I have been seeing Dr Lowden for many years. My 2 sons and husband see him as well.
Great doctor, helpful receptionist. We feel very lucky to have him as our doctor!

Dr Lowden is a great Doctor. I rarely have to wait for more than 5 mins. He is very professional and will refer you if necessary. I am very grateful to have him for my Doctor!

I’ve been seeing Dr Lowden since he graduated back in 1994. There is absolutely no one like him. My daughter also sees him and she loves him as much as I do. He is the best.

Dr. Lowden is a superstar, for our entire family, for many years now. From delivering my daughter to doing his utmost to ease my Grandmother's passing to all the bumps, aches and sprains for all of us, he's absolutely as good as it gets.

Once you have an appointment set up, the doctoral session is fine, and there are different departments throughout the branch that assist with various medical procedures. The hard part is getting a hold of the receptionist at the front desk because they never answer their phone even between business hours. Reaching a receptionist to schedule an appointment with your doctor should never be a difficult task.

I have tried twice this month to get in and see Dr. lowden and I was told to go to a walk-in clinic because I wouldn’t get in for my appointment for at least 3 to 4 weeks. ( I had/have an eye infection ) I finally booked an appointment for no urgent issue so I can get in and explain all the issues I’ve had lately. Dr Lowden used to be very attentive and seemed to genuinely care about his patients. Lately I feel dismissed and it’s an awful feeling. My appointment in on Monday December 18th. Stay tuned for my review.

My 90 year old father is in the hospital right now from a fall. He is now going through withdraws from all the unnecessary pills this doctor prescribes him. If this doctor cared he would realize he is running out of pills before he should be. All the sleeping pills and painkillers this doctor allows my father to have access to is going to kill him. Dr Lowden is the only person that can put a stop to this. Problem is he won't because he doesn't care.

The receptionist/secretary keeps putting me on hold then hanging up 30sec later. The same secretary is very rude and dismissive in-person. I've had mostly positive experiences with Dr. Lowden himself, but his secretary makes his office difficult to recommend.

Poorly ran place. Gotten worse over the years. Receptionists do not know what they are doing. Calling to make appointment is almost impossible, no one anwsers the phone half the time. Waited 45 minutes in waiting area for an appointment and no one checked me in! Very frustrating!
