Best place in town to get Pet Supplies. Staff are always nice. Place is always clean, organized, and stocked up on high quality items. It trumps the alternatives in the area - worth driving a little further depending on where you're coming from.

Had an amazing experience here, I was not having a good day at all. I just popped in because I was shopping next door at Walmart and the girls there were so lovely. Offered me carryout and tons of information about different foods. I had been paying a ridiculous amount for Royal Canin food that was all fillers, and they offered many different brands. I ended up going with their house brand that was cheaper than my previous food and much better quality. These girls have given some of the best customer service I have ever had in Penticton! 10/10 Will never shop at another pet store ever.

Bosley‘s has helped me get so much supplies for my kittens and my dog both my animals love coming in and visiting the store and the kind and friendly worker there especially Ainsley. She really helps me most of the time I come in there.

Absolutely love this store,lots of different choices in foods for your pets.staff is super friendly and helpful. This store is very clean and organized also there is a place to bath your dogs.i believe its 10 dollars and everything is there.

Took our new pup in for supplies and had an amazing experience! Excellent customer service, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and enthusiastic. They made fabulous suggestions and loved on our pup big time of course!!

Took my older dog in for a bath, he is not good with other dogs, the girls were so accommodating and lovely!! Charlie and I will definitely be back

Excellent customer service by Raylene, she went above and beyond when we brought in our dog to help fit a collar. She had incredible patience with the dog and gave him some treats!

This is a very big pet valu, and they had everything I needed and more. The prices are good, the store is well laid out and easy to navigate, and the staff are exceptional. Thank you for carrying my load to my car-you didn't have to do that, but I appreciate it very much! Five stars

Very friendly and helpful staff, good selection of higher quality cat food and litter. And one of the only places in town that carries live cat grass.

Great atmosphere! Involved with helping out lost and forgotten kittens and cats. Could use a little help with customer service. With that said I still would highly recommend Bosley's to any pet owner.

Great selection of food, always a clean store. The dog wash for $10 is amazing, treats, towels, shampoos and dryer are all included. The staff is always helpful and nice, our go to pet store.

Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I like that their hours go till 9pm on most days. Love their self serve dog wash station.

They sell high end grain free foods for dogs/cats. They have Canadia made foods as well. The staff are trained in the knowledge of their products. They are always eager to help or answer questions.

My Honey eats again, happier since eliminating all chicken products from her Diet.. Bosley's pet's carried what she needed.. plus! Treats perfect for her needs.. thank you

Prices can be a little high but great hours and very friendly and helpful staff.
