A bank that doesn't take cash and a teller that acts like you carry the plague when you hand her $9000 cash then tells me to drive 45 minutes return to ok falls.... what a joke. Last i checked, cash is legal tender in Canada. 🇨🇦 customer service at its finest

If you want to go to a bank to ask for help, and get a ruse where " we'll give you a loan, but you have to buy life insurance " when a person has fallen on hard times, and hear laughter as you leave, then this bank is for you. Call the 800 number, you'll get better help.
