Went in Yesterday to Jacks for a new vest. Jinnan, Courtney, & Tammy were amazing! the service was second to none & were eager to help with our purchase. We will be back again & again.

Went here a day ago to find a flat silver chain for my brother for Christmas.
They had a lot of selections to choose from and Harley was really helpful just right when we first walked in the door.
She showed my mom and I a lot of options and we were really successful with finding a brand new silver chain that is 20 inches for $96. I’d say that’s a pretty damn good deal because we went to Key Largo Jewelry and Loans across the street and we couldn’t find as much of a selection (still looked good but not what we were looking for).
Nonetheless we were really surprised at the 3 star reviews for Jack’s pawn shop because I had a feeling we were going to be leaving with something special and my hunch was correct :) Jackie was also really sweet too because she was the one that was helping us at checkout and hands down really good service because the people are so lovely and kind and there’s lots of options to choose from. Highly recommend ☺

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I went there looking for a leather jacket I had seen on the website. They had in store the jackets I had seen as available in the website. Staff greeted me when I came in and helped me try in it on. Excellent experience!

I have purchased many items at Jack's over several decades, anything from tools to musical equipment and whatever else I might need. There is a wide variety of items and always lots of stock. I appreciate their friendly, professional service and reasonable prices which is why I make a point of going there about once a month to see what's new.

Awesome place to stop, great stock and great people. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even helped out our riding group with donations, coming in early to provide a place to stop and have coffee/treats when doing a charity ride. If we didn't have to cancel last summer due to COVID, they would have helped us again. I don't understand any bad reviews, but I can't say it enough, great people. Thank you for everything.

Bought a ring today that I had been looking a long time for, was met with very good customer service and a vast selection of goods, if your after some motorcycle leathers this is definitely the place to look in Langley! Paid a little over market for the ring but I couldn't not have it.

Service was very fast.. perfect find for us.. Jewelry was nicely displayed and lots of choices, My next visit I'll def check out the pawn section

This is my first time ever doing a review for a business so here it goes. Recently I had almost every piece of equipment and tool I have stolen from my mobile construction trailer as we had just finished a major 3 month project which left us with a trailer full to the ceiling that had not been unloaded yet to our warehouse. Thieves were caught in the act, police arrived and SOB's got away in a stolen truck with stolen plates.
They actually cleaned out the trailer front to back and obviously had made multiple trips prior to being caught in the act on this run. Finding out we were only insured up to $5000 left me absolutely devastated and out of business! We normally never have even $5000 left in the trailer at anytime but this time we did. The only choice we had was to try and buy used tools to get back into business with the $5000 of insurance money.
I visited a number of pawn shops in Surrey on King George with a shopping list and explained my situation to all of them looking for a package deal and they all seemed to not care at all. Basically their prices were their prices! Afterwords I found myself at Jack's Pawn shop and that's where I had a outstanding experience! The lady who was helping me there was super understanding of my situation and not only helped me try to fill my very very long list with what she had in stock on the shelves in the store, but she even said she had some tools in the back that possibly might be coming available(although not guaranteed) in the very near future and showed me those in case I was interested . I was given a package price on all that I bought at that time which really helped me out with the limited funds I had to work with.
Before I left the store, she asked to make a copy of my list so she could contact me if she got any of the other items in at a later time to help complete my shopping list.
Absolutely Outstanding customer service in my opinion. Instead of trying to rip me off or charge me full prices, she actually was trying to help me out of my horrible situation.
I can't say Thank You enough for all your help Jack's Pawn Shop.

I went into Jack's Pawn Shop for the first time today looking for a leather jacket for my son. I found the store to be tidy and well organized and I was quite surprised by the great selection of leather jackets, boots, saddle bags, etc. The staff were very helpful and made some great suggestions. I was very happy with the jacket that I got. I hear that the store supplies the show Riverdale with all its motorcycle jackets - I can see why! I would highly recommend Jack's and I will be back.

Been buying all our jewelry from Jackie for several years now, highly recommend checking them out. Huge display cabinets with tons of selection, and always new stuff to see when we stop in. Employees make you feel like your apart of a family.

I've been going to Jack's off and on over the years and whenever I show up they've always been friendly and treated me really well each time. I like their selection of tools, and their leather goods can't be beat! I can always find what I'm looking for when I'm there. I'm sure that I will be back to Jack's again in the future.

Walked into Jack's for the first time today and walked out with the perfect anniversary ring 💍 Christmas gift from my husband ❤. I'm so happy. The service was great and friendly!

I ordered a leather jacket and was delivered within a week. Quality of jacket is superb. I have boughten many leather jackets and this one by far is the best. Heavy duty and comfortable. Very good price also!!

Great shop, good customers service , the ladies at Jacks take care of you real god. Very knowledgeable on their product. I would highly recommend this shop. You will not be disappointed in all their stock. Its a little gem in downtown Langley.
