AKD MARKET Japanese convenience Store

Located right beside the best ramen shop in Langley (Akedo Showten), AKD Market is a Japanese convenience store with rare Japanese snacks, sauces, and specialties. If you show your Akedo Showten ramen receipt, then you currently get 10% off at AKD Market. These 2 places share a door and the staff float between the restaurant and store. The discount does not include the fresh items like onigiri. I will definitely be back. I tried a random instant noodle 3-pack and it is THE BEST instant noodles I've ever tasted. Hands down!

A must visit after you’ve undoubtedly savored the noodles next door. A lovely assortment of Japanese goodies (I’m partial to the snacks), you will even find some goods here that are not stocked at stores like T&T.

Staff is also open to suggestions as far as recommendations and I’m very excited to see how they grow and continue to add more.

Finally a Japanese store in the area! Lots of great easy to make at home Japanese foods. Lots of tasty snacks and treats and take out lunches! Looking forward to seeing the take out lunch menu expand!

Super cute clean and friendly shop! Prices are incredibly reasonable, somehow it’s cheaper to get snacks here than from 7/11! 100% coming back!

Very cute little shop that’s the sister shop of the ramen next door. Clean, small, well stocked. It has a lot of little mochi desserts, some frozen fish, instant noodles, specialty chips and popular Japanese sweet snacks. Fresh onigiri such as tuna, salmon, salmon tartare and tuna mayo are offered. Japanese donut too. Cute drinks.

Hope they bring bento boxes in because that will really complete it and elevate the experience and their shop.
