Ramada by Wyndham Drayton Valley

Staff were incredible. Breakfast was delicious. And every square inch of this hotel is spotless. From the pool to the stairwells it’s all so clean it just makes you feel very comfortable.
Will definitely stay again!

Very happy with our stay. We had an upgraded room which was lovely with our young son. And the staff was great. Patricia was so kind and gave my son a toy after his breakfast which he is still carrying around 2 days later.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and were sad we couldn't enjoy more of the hotel once we saw it. New, clean, beautiful breakfast room (we didn't partake as we had no time), hot tub isn't as hot as I personally like it but great none the less and huge! I could do little swims back and forth. Slide was super fun and pool was clean and quiet when we used it. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and nice, room was comfy, clean to the eye, cozy. A little on the pricier side but would recommend for sure.

Oh! They also had a little game area as well

I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to shout out Patricia. We called at 11pm at night searching for somewhere pet friendly because our friend hit a moose and we needed somewhere to stay while we figured it all out. I called and she said come on over and she was out the door to check on us before we could get out of the car. She showed us so much compassion and made the effort to put our group of 4 in adjoining rooms so our dogs could stay with the whole group. We felt thoroughly cared for and I could not be happier with my experience thanks to Patricia.

Always great service. Friendly staff. Perfect for the whole family. The pool is great with the indoor water slide.

The continental breakfast is good. Waffles, bacon, eggs and more. All good.

HUGE shout out to Patricia and her manager! I was able to surprise my hubby for his birthday and Patricia helped me out with the laundry services. Outstanding service, very clean place and all around a very nice stay for my little family! Thank you so so much, from the bottom of my heart!

We always enjoy our time at the Ramada in Drayton Valley. Patricia & Kendra were outstanding. And when we checked out, Patricia sang us an acapella version of Patsy Cline's "Crazy". Which I appreciated greatly.

We had an amazing stay at the Ramada - clean rooms, friendly staff (shoutout to Susan!) Great pool and slide, the place is beautiful, breakfast was hot and plentiful, and the cherry on top: a free pinball and Foosball table in the lobby! Highly recommend, you won't regret it.

The staff were very friendly. The room and building areas were extremely clean. The towels were softer than the average hotel towels.

Patricia was amazingly helpful. My crew required rooms last minute and she went above and beyond to make that happen. So grateful for that level of customer service which is so rare to find these days. Huge shoutout to Patricia, thank you so much for all you do. We appreciate you!

I have never felt so welcomed and special by a hotel. I was a walk-in guest and Patricia at the front desk was beyond amazing!
She was kind, funny, and genuinely appreciated me. Even provided me with a welcome package.
The hotel was very clean, modern, had a free games room, a snack shop, and a beautiful pool. The pool was a pretty cold, but I am sure that is not normal.
Patricia even gave my kids bath bombs as we past the front desk from playing in the pool and headed back to our room.
The breakfast room was very clean, had a great selection of food, and actual glass dishes to eat off of - a nice change from the paper plates.
I highly recommend this hotel! I wish all hotels were as great as this one! Kudos to the whole team there!

A wonderful stay for a weekend baseball tourney with my family. The staff was very helpful, the pool was excellent and clean, the breakfast was just right, and little touches like the games and game room really helped the weekend be a success. Thanks, everyone!

My stay at the Ramada was a last minute booking for family health reasons. I was quite tearful and emotional at the desk and the staff, Patricia and Emma were exceptional in their kindness and caring. They were able to rectify a mistake made in my last minute booking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The room was just as advertised and the breakfast was better than expected for a hotel serve yourself breakfast. Patricia, in particular, made sure I had coffee and something to eat on arrival as it had been a very long travel day.

Nice hotel. Good for kids. Games room has pinball and foosball and many board games. Pool with slide and hot tub. Free breakfast. Eggs, bacon/sausage, waffles, pastry, tea and coffee. Very friendly staff.

Stayed here a week for work and it was very pleasant. Staff was helpful and polite, little arcade room, pool, good breakfast, AND a 24 hour gym, room was decent as well. Located on a little main drag so you're only a few minutes from anything you would need. Very comfortable home away from home

Had a great time with the pinball machine and pool with our hockey team stay.
