Best Western Plus Drayton Valley All Suites

So, every other hotel I have stayed at up to this point, in my life, sucks compared to this place. I’ve stayed in resorts in the States, in South America, and in hotels across Alberta and western Canada. No joke: the customer service here far exceeds any of the others I have been to. I did not expect this from a small town hotel in Drayton Valley.

This place raises the bar for sure. Congratulations to the management team here for knowing how things should be run. Thank you to the staff here who are friendly and helpful like no other (and it seems genuine, they seem to like working here). Entrepreneurs and owners in the service sector, take note of this place.

I was going to end it there but as I lie in my hotel bed the quality of the room caught my eye. I have a full kitchen with a hot plate, fridge, cabinets with dishes, and granite counters. The bathroom and the entire room is clean and stocked. The shower is a proper shower, not a bath/ shower combo.

This morning, the housekeeping staff greeted me in the hallway, and the complimentary breakfast was varied and plentiful. The only downside there was the “fake” hotel eggs (I will complain about that every time at any hotel).

This has to be one of the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at, and the reception at check in was friendly and efficient, its a nice touch to add a welcome bag with water bottles and a little snack, dont cost much but goes a long way. Looking for a room in Drayton Valley well look no further this is it

Good parking. Staff good. Breakfast good. Rooms were very spacious. Bed comfortable with enough plugs for charging. Had a great view of 50 dumpsters....

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Tim Hortons close enough to walk and a Mr Mike's in the parking lot for dinner. Great place to stay.

P.S it's very easy to park here the parking lots huge.

Rooms were GREAT !! Breakfast was AWESOME !! Ana is Lovely !! Angela "Mgr" went above and beyond to make our stay here WONDERFUL . the ENTIRE staff were caring and friendly.

This is a fantastic hotel. Their customer service is top notch. Every single staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean and quiet. The rooms have a kitchen with everything you might need. They even have a couple Barbecues for your use. The games room was tons of fun. The gym was the best one I have seen in a long time.
The breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from. The staff were very attentive keeping the food stocked up and area and tables clean. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend them.

Only stayed for the one night, but what an experience. Upon check-in, staff provide a welcome bag with water, chips and baked good. I felt this gesture goes a long way even thought it’s not much. The room is awesome, spacious, very clean and new. The staff are extremely helpful and gave me a great recommendation for dinner. Tons of stuff for kids, huge game room with pool, tv,
Bubble hockey and virtual reality room. Fitness centre was adequate for the size and cost of hotel. Hotel is close enough to town and has a Mr. Mikes and Tim
Hortons in walking distance. I will return for sure on my future work trips in the area.

I have stayed at this Hotel before and everything was great and service was top notch as well as the hotel itself and the rooms. On a second stay I had some misunderstanding with the front desk stuff, which resulted in a missed stay. Shortly after the misshapen the Manager called me personally and we had a very good conversation in which she allowed me to express my concerns, and I belive she took this to heart. I could tell throughout our conversation that She was proud of her hotel and how it is/should run. After the conversation with her I did 100% feel like a valued Best Western Member and know the next time I am in town I will enjoy the nice rooms and amenities at the Best Western in Draton Valley. I honestly can not say anything bad about it, and understand my self that sometimes little mishaps happen.

There is not anything bad to say. Also breakfast (which is good) starts at 5am which is really nice if your in town for work.

I stayed here for work over the course of a few months. I was extremely pleased with my stays. The rooms are really clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchenettes. The staff are amazing and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic 👍 I would definitely recommend

Clean, QUIET, comfortable! My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We all slept really well, it’s so quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff. The free breakfast is amazing!!! Plus free coffee, tea, cucumber water, and cookies anytime?! Yes please!

The games room and gym was a very nice asset as well!

The weather was much colder than I was expecting and I didn’t even think of bringing a cord to plug my vehicle in, they lent me one to use during my three night stay!

What a welcoming hotel!

The western hospitality is shining bright in the staff here! We came to town for the Straight Blast Jiujitsu tournament, we had never been to Drayton Valley before.

We booked a girls room and a boys room for our family. (So we had 2 rooms)

The front desk staff were amazing, they gave us each a welcome baggie of snacks and water.

The continental breakfast was amazing, with both gluten free and healthy calorie wise options. My super picky kids all found something they wanted to eat.

The staff were super friendly at breakfast. This hotel even offers brown bagged lunches - something I’ve never seen before but I thought this is a unique way to meet your customer’s needs for the customers that are on the road.

So I have travelled across North America a few times for work. And have stayed at hundreds of hotels. This place was like waking up on a castle; not only because I was laying next to my king… no. The bed is divine, perfectly fluffy comfy pillows and for the first time in 2 years, the house keeping knocked on the door! She was polite and happy. The coffee is good, the staff very pleasant and helpful. Every room has a kitchenette. My king suite is so nice! I found my happy place here and when ever I need a room in this area I will come here. This is what I expect at a Best Western hotel. I love this brand of hotels and my loyalty has been restored.

I stayed here dec 2022, I literally have nothing bad to say the front desk ladies were absolutely amazing especially Angela. The rooms, hallways everything was clean. Very clean beautiful rooms probably the nicest I've ever stayed in. And they treated my children like they were there own. So that is 10/10 for me

I love this hotel. It is so clean the furniture is immaculate so well taken care of, you can tell they put a lot of work into taking care of this place and they have a Great breakfast! All the front staff are so friendly they were so great with me and my two girls. Angela at the front desk is a sweetheart. Will definitely strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Drayton Valley!

The "Best" Best Western around.
The games room was a huge hit with our ball team, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were modern, clean and had kitchenettes. But...the best part was the staff, they were supper friendly and went WAY above and beyond to help us out. Great hotel for teams!

Great place! Service was far above and beyond. No pool but there a golf simulator. Pre book and have some fun. Breakfast was unreal. Great for work trips. There is a Mr Mike's Steak restaurant in the parking lot which gave Great service as well.

Great staff. Amazing breakfast. Perfect rooms for an overnight or longer. Would certainly recommend and stay here again.
