The agent was attentive to all of my needs and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I perceived them as highly competent in their field and there were no pressure tactics leaving the consumer feeling obligated to adhere to a policy.
We scheduled a call-back the following day at 18h and they were punctual.
Because I'm not too well versed with insurance, the agent was able to clearly explain everything and was more than patient with me. I'll keep the name of the agent out of this review, but should Lemay Insurance request it, I will happily disclose the name of their awesome employee. Highly recommend.
