Really nice spot right beside the St Lawrence to enjoy the views. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, plenty of parking. We enjoyed our visit and got all the information we needed.
Only negative was the bathrooms, they do need improvements / maintenance.

The visitor centre has a few aquariums with fish, frogs, and turtles. There were also two different snakes on display. There were children's books and stuffed animals as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. They seem to really enjoy seeing visitors. There is a small gift shop and beside the visitor centre is a playground for children. There are two short trails by the visitor centre, but one of them is close to the road, so it's not the best trail. There are other trails a short drive nearby.

Beautiful spot to take in Thousand Island views and check out the surroundings. And a nice spot for the Parks Canada oTENTiks. We camped at Ivy Lea Campground (St. Lawrence Parks, under the Thousand Island Bridge) but not next time.

Basic visitor center right on the side of the river. They have guide maps which are useful and the staff really know the area and are very helpful. They also have guide maps outside in English and French in case they are closed when you get there.
There are little huts by the visitor center where you can have a picnic. Worth a stop if you are passing by even just to take pictures of the river.

Lovely place to launch your boat and to have a picnic with family. Awesome little park for the kids and a very small area to swim. It's a little rocky and muddy but my son and I had a blast playing in the shallow water ( its very shallow for at least 10 meters). Nice washrooms and parking.
Boat launch us spacious with new docks and around a 10 dollar fee for parking car or boat.

A lovely spot for a quick stop or a longer visit, depending on your desires. Lots of interpretive activities for children and youth. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. A great playground in a garden like setting offers restful benches for adults while children play. After enjoying the visitor center take a walk out to the large historic pavilion over looking the river.

I was only there for a bit of time, but if you are going there you should visit the place for at least 3 days. It is so beautiful in the summer. It's just that it's located so far away from anything really.
