Great place to stay. Not much to do in the area. Cabins a bit outdated but come nicely furnished. Would definitely come back.

New owners, but still great service. Boats on site help make the trip memorable. Great fishing around Islands located directly in from of the site.

Plenty to do there swimming put put golf and a wonderful ice cream stand. Lake can get rough at times. Good lake to use live bait. Artificial lure not a lot of luck with bass. Crappie and Blue gill are good catches with live bait.

We had a wonderful vacation here in August of 2019. The cabins were clean, staff was friendly and they are pet friendly which is HUGE for us. The pool and mini golf were also fun! Only thing they need is a playground! There were very affordable in comparison to other lake cabin rentals. We would definitely visit again!

We have been coming to Pleasant View since 2008 staying in a water front cabin every July for a week. We love coming here, the staff is friendly and courteous. We also have been bringing up our camper and boat staying in the RV spot. The RV spots are full hook up with water, electric and sewer hook up. I highly recommend staying here.

Was a very lovely place to stay everyone was very nice. We injoyed the pool, putt putt golf, and the ice cream was delicious 😋 my only complaint is the walk to the docks Is treacherous and steep and the fishing was terrible.

It was very nice to be so close to Black Lake. Their pool is nicely heated. Cabins have nice kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms with full beds and dresser are a little tight but doable. Free WiFi is a great bonus. Our Living room Furniture could have used a some freshing and Flat Screen TV and cable service was a plus. I would go again and recommend to others.

Been coming here for the past 3 years and love the lake view of the cabins! Staff is always pleasant and cabins are nice & clean. Most have been recently updated and have almost all the amenities of home. All have cable TV, WiFi & a coffee pot. Internet is sketchy during peak hours, but as long as your not trying to work while on vacation it's acceptable. Merle & Sandy are wonderful and will go out of their way to make sure you are content! If anything is missing in your cabin or broken just let them know and they will send someone over to fix you right up! We will be back for 2 weeks every year!

Been going here for 15 years now. Absolutely the most perfect place to go for fishing and family fun!! Boat rentals and cabins to choose from. Leaving after a week is the hardest part. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fishing trip/vacation on black lake!

This was my fifth year going here on a family vacation with my granddaughters. This is a light housekeeping family camping area with 16 cabins. Various sleeping accomadations are available. I generally get a pontoon boat rental while I'm there for the week. The pool is refreshing and clean for those 85 degree days that are usually present in late July and August. The big draw for me is the air conditioned cabins ad it does get rather warm during our stay. A good night's sleep in comfortable conditions tend to make everyone's attitude much more pleasant the following day. JASON is the maintenance guy there and he has always been helpful in all my requests.

Very nice cabins, and grounds and view of the lake is awesome. Only downgrade is the walk down to the docks if you aren't in shape could be little tough.
