I bought a bike that sat for 10 years. I needed someone to go through it and do a full service and fix a lot of issues. Phil is amazing and pulled through for me. I got my bike back and went on a 600 km trip the next day and it is flawless. I would highly recommend Phil for all your bike needs. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He works with you to meet your budget and gets the job done. Thanks Phil for all your help. I'll see you next season for some upgrades.

Phil is really an outstanding personality, I just bought a black kitten and I've never seen such an exceptoinally well trained and comfortable kitten in my life. The kitten was on point as she was decsribe and hands on this is the best pet I've ever got.
Phil was really honest, resonable and accommodating and the best thing I can definitely see how much love and care he put behind his pets. Great conversation and great person to deal with in all.

We needed a stator for my sons 2014 xcw due to current conditions the factory replacement was 2 months away. After trying an aftermarket stator, only to get about 6 hrs out of it. Or dealer recommended Proformance Cycle saying they could rebuild the original. We sent it to them and before we knew it they shipped the rebuilt original back to us.
The 7 year old bike is running better than ever it fixed a multitude of sins on the bike, it runs crisper, cleaner seems to have more power and spark than ever before.

I got a Pure straight back Shepherd from Phill and she is absolutely wonderful, she is exactly what I was looking. He was great at answering all my questions ( I had many ) and giving directions since we drove 4 hours away to go get her. Thanks again for the awesome puppy.

I bought some turn signals for my bike. Phil went above and beyond with customer service. When I ran into some issues installing them at home I went back to the shop and he was happy to help me out.

I was on a ride to Grand Valley and got a flat rear tire. It was a weekend and I contacted Phil! He was in the middle of a job and was more than happy to help considering the situation I was in. The flat tire was no good and he hooked me up with a used tire for a reasonable price and got me back on the road. The front tire had a leak too and he changed the valve free of cost. I highly recommend him!

Had a breakdown and managed to make it to the gas station beside his shop. Phil came out of nowhere and told me to bring it over. He had to fabricate new parts and got the job done for as far as I’m concerned a very fair price! I have been going to Phil since he and his dad ran the shop. Always had excellent work done for a fair price. Phil always looks out for the customers best interests. Had a great experience with Pro-Formance Cycle overall. Accommodated my Harley last minute, on a weekend, for fork springs and tire replacements. Phil really went the extra mile in getting the bike back to rideable condition. Front end was seized, had rust in-bedded into the undersized tubes and the rear spoke wheel needed to be true'd (badly!). Phil got it all sorted though and kept me informed and up to date the whole time. Glad I brought it to Pro-Formance Cycle where safety is top priority. Fair pricing as well. Definitely recommend this shop!

Phil was totally amazing with everything from the start to finish with selling us our beautiful baby boy German Shepard puppy! He gave amazing information and instructions with how to care for him after bringing the puppy home! He keeps in touch and makes himself available for all our our questions! We couldn’t have asked for a better Breeder to help us through this experience. Our puppy is SO healthy, well behaved, and just beautiful!! Thank you Phil!

Phil is fantastic!!!!
I’m a mechanic and just don’t have the time to look after my toys. I send all my toys to Phil. He always goes above and beyond. Before I met Phil I didn’t trust anyone with my machines. He will never spend a penny of your money without calling first. He is a master at what he does. I’ve called Phil late at night or first thing in the morning and he always answers my call. So If your looking for a trustworthy old school mechanic who can actually fix machines rather then replace parts, he’s your man!!

Phil does a wonderful job with his German Shepherd puppies. My daughter and I picked up our new little sweetheart last weekend and I wanted to take several days to experience life with our new pup so that readers will know this is an honest review. When I spoke with Phil by phone at my first inquiry, he was very informative and forthright about the remaining litter. The ad I found on the Internet was dated, so Phil brought me up to speed. When we agreed to come see the pups, he helped us find his place. Phil clearly loves his dogs and took all the time we needed to see our GSD, answer our questions and even make sure he was telling me details I didn't know to ask about. He has spent lots of time training our little puppy and it showed when we got home. He gave us a "welcome home" kit with some food, a toy and some of momma's hair in a sock to help with any separation anxiety. Her initial shots were done and we got her vaccination card.

Our puppy was clearly already started on socialization skills, and has a great temperament. While she isn't perfect and has had a few stumbling blocks, I think our work would have been much harder if Phil hadn't given us this head start. His business is easy to locate near Orangeville, he knows what he is doing and obviously cares about his dogs. We remain in touch by text message and he is always there to help answer questions. Any future buyer will not be disappointed with his pups and his prices are more than fair.

I came across Pro-Formance Cycle recently. I was looking for someone to install some tires I shouldn’t of bought from a fire sale online. Phil was willing to help me out, he inspected the tires for the manufacturing date before the installation making sure they meet safety standards. Phil is a perfectionist and did a great job. I learned a lot from him regarding tire quality and construction. Don’t fall for the hot deals online like me, and in the end get a lower quality tire.. Needless to say, the next set I’ll be buying from him!

Phil was great! He tackled some really challenging issues with my quad and was able to adapt and overcome while keeping me well informed on his progress. His prices are beyond fair! Would recommend him.

Great guy, very upfront with the pricing, his prices are really good and he goes that extra mile for you. I had fiberglass burn on my Exhaust and he took his own time to clean it up for me free of charge. Best part is you can reach him anytime and he replies even on Sundays. This will be my go to shop going forward as he did a great job on my bike, thank you.

Phil met me when I was filling up my sled at the gas station beside his shop. He took a quick look at my track and some of the wheels and suggested I get them replaced. He gave me an excellent price for what I could get from him. Unfortunately during the repairs a few extra things that he noticed popped up and the price increased a couple hundred bucks but it is what it is. I'd recommend him for someone looking for good service and to save a few bucks

I called Phil after hrs on a Friday night .He answered my call and helped me with my bike . The next morning I showed up to his shop before he was open . He came out and put a new tube in my tire and then balanced the wheel and threw in a new rim tape . Very awesome guy to deal with Excellent service. He's was finish in under 30 mins and 8 couldn't be happier . I will use Phil for all my repairs
