Excellent staff. Caring and I personally feel safe here. Hard to get through the front desk sometimes.

Dr. Colangelo is the best. And I love that everyone who treats people there, are females. Good job ladies :)

Doctors and nurses are extremely friendly.

It's a complete waste of time calling here, it's rare just for them to answer the phones and when they do you're either put on hold or hung up on so you can't book or cancel appointments. I've never had to spam call a place so much before just for an appointment.

I feel like it is a huge waste of time calling this place, you are put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on, call back only be put on hold again then when you finally get thru it is another battle to get an appointment, I understand how there are "busy times" but here it seems like it is always the "busy" time - I used to have a really good doctor patient relationship when I was seeing Dr Colangelo plus she was also very accessible when I really needed her as I experience various health issues. She really listened to what you said and actually heard you, I started seeing Dr W now I am seeing Dr Chan...........words cannot describe the frustration I feel.....I do not feel like I am being heard, so much that my condition is deteriorated to a degree so bad it scares me what is going to happen next....I feel like a broken record running out of juice. It is a horrible feeling. It just feels like it does not matter anymore. Cause if it does not matter to her then what is the point? And she just so nonchalantly gives the most simplest answer like it is nothing like "yeeeeah well--just do this." Like really? Do you really think it is that easy? I just feel like everything is minimized and brushed off, like I am not being heard. It is so frustrating because I am scared of losing the most important things in my life because my doctor will not listening to me and brushing me off like I am nothing just a huge lack of support and that's what you goto the doctor for....
