Brazen Hall Kitchen & Brewery

I am from Ontario! My boyfriend brought me and his friends to Brazen Hall for dinner. If I could give more stars I would! The food was delicious (easily becoming one of my favourite restaurants in Winnipeg), the service was super fast! We got our dinner for six out to us within a half hour and the place was packed! The brisket is mouthwatering and tender. Highly HIGHLY recommend if you are a meat lover and in Winnipeg!

So far brazen hall has been one of the greatest places we've been too. It had great food, the place is very well kept and lighting is great for intimate dinners. But the overall best thing about this place is the service.

We had Junaid tonight and he was just amazing. He made sure we were taken care of and asked if we were okay or needing other things here and there. Beyond that, what makes him so great is that he takes his time to talk with you and make you feel like you're not only dinning out but at home with someone who is there to make your expirence a great one. Junaid always has a smile on his face and quick, polite and easy going.

10/10 would come back again, and would love to have him as our server again.

P.S the only thing I would literally say that needs to change is that there's a kids menu and only kids are allowed to order off it. I strongly suggest that you try to make some options there like chicken fingers available to everyone as who doesn't enjoy chicken fingers? Increase the price, increase the portion, whatever it may be, let's get that on the "adult" menu.

We've been to Brazen many times, the food has always been amazing and the staff have always been great. This time around we can't help but make a shout out to our waitress, I believe her name was Taylor. She was the sweetest and our food was exactly how we ordered it. Its staff like her that will keep us coming back!

Had the Edwards Escovitch. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the presentation, but I was surely surprised after taking a bite. The fish was so soft, and everything else on this dish was so flavorful.

The Friday discount on the wines was also a plus. I'm a total lightweight, so I don't drink a lot, but I definitely had a good time with friends here.

Love the food here. I don’t normally order fish and chips but I am so glad I did. No regrets. They were SO GOOD and I will definitely be coming back for more!!

Stopped by for lunch and had a great experience. Good selection of beers on tap brewed at the location, lots of menu with good features/specials, and staff were very friendly.

I’ve been to Brazen Hall a few times and the experience has always been really positive. You’ll pass their meat smoker when you approach the entrance. Smells soooo good. The food is really really good. I love the food at this place. My favourite thing so far has been the brisket open-face sandwich. Others that I have gone with have really liked their burgers. Servers have been really chill, attentive and friendly. Our one server Emily was especially great. The look of the place is pretty cool … lots of wood, a casual bar setting, a sort of lounge area near a fire place, the bathroom sinks have this old-school pipe system that water flows through, etc. Good attention to detail. Apparently, they have live music at some points during the week though I have never been. They also have daily specials. They have private rooms you can rent out for functions. I usually come during daytime hours, but I think this would be a really fun place to come for a drink and pub food at night.

We had such a pleasant experience dining here. Our waitress Alyssa was very welcoming and professional. She made great suggestions.
We tried their award winning burger as recommended and we could not be happier. Would totally suggest you dine here if you can.
Smoked meat practically melts in your mouth and their hazelnut filled churros are a to die for ending to a great meal.
Cherry on top was their gender neutral bathroom. LOVED the idea!

Finally, I took the opportunity to visit Brazen Hall an hour and a half before Burger Week ended to try their "Cherry Diablo" upon the recommendation of my Co-worker. It was delicious! I paired that with a Steel Cut Blonde, which complemented the Burger. Just in the interests of striving for service excellence which you clearly commit to do in your Google Review responses (very professional with some humour thrown in!), I would try and mirror your Burger presentation to look as large as you show in your Table Cards. I would also tone down the music a bit, as it was hard to hear your Team Members. Other than that, an enjoyable tail end to a Thursday evening. I will definitely come back!

Go there on a Tuesday night, sit in the lounge near the fire if you're cold. Now order the margarita special and a plate of their tacos (pork belly being my favorite.) Friendly, attentive but not intrusive staff will make sure you have everything you want. Delicious. Yes, that's with a capital D.

The place has a very nice atmosphere. A nice place for hang out with friends for dining and drinking. The fresh tap beer is really tasty. We got the special poutine, brazen bacon,bang bang shrimp, chicken wings,Kiki burger and the Mogu ramen and we weren’t disappointed. Specially the bacon, I also ordered for another one because it’s so good! The service was amazing, friendly and quick.We really enjoyed our time here.

We had an amazing time at Brazen Hall with our fur baby! The pet-friendly patio made it the perfect place for us to relax. The server was super nice and made sure our pups had fresh water too. Not to mention, the food and drinks were absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely be returning for more good times! Highly recommended!

first time coming here and it was DELICIOUS! our server (whose name i forget, he had long dark hair and a goatee i think) was incredible! so knowledgeable and exudes a ton of positive energy. seemed like all the servers were having fun and enjoying their job which made the vibes of the restaurant great. the food was fantastic ESPECIALLY the appetizer sauces??? y’all have got to get on packaging and selling those. specifically the sassy mustard that comes with the pretzel and the southwest crema that comes with the pickles. our table would have bought multiple bottles if they were available lol. great experience!

Hubby and I had our first date here, and even engagement! Has been our favorite restaurant ever since. We were in last night and had great food (Krakow burger & 1/2 chicken) with the best French fries. Served by Marina who was fun and friendly and just added to the overall great experience.

We were long overdue for a nice date night and decided to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday here. The staff was exceptional, super friendly, they followed the pandemic guidelines to the tee. I explained it's a special night for us and they put us in the little private nook. Super cozy by a fireplace (i believe it was an electric). The food was fantastic. We had the burnt ends and pretzel for an appetizer and for the main course we decided to try the chimichurri steak sandwich with the beet salad and smoked brisket dinner. These delicious meals were accompanied by couple variations of in house brewed beer flights. If you haven't been to Brazen Hall make sure you check them out. It's a great local restaurant with an amazing atmosphere. I recommend it 100%. Go and check them out. You won't regret it.

I recently dined at Brazen Hall where I ordered a full half chicken and I must say, it was prepared perfectly! The service was outstanding and the atmosphere really added to the overall experience. This is one of top five spots in Winnipeg. The food covers a wide variety of cuisine types and knocks all of them out of the park. The service is unbelievable. Shout out to our last server Sarah who made our night on Feb 2nd one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.

The best casual fare there is! Amazing Caesars, incredible burgers that seem to always win burger week. The owners are always around to say hi and welcome you “home”. Don’t miss out on a fun, friendly and delicious place to eat with a great beer garden and patio!

Our party of five booked at this restaurant expecting a menu of bar food. I am not sure why we thought that, but because we had not been here, we just thought it would be casual, non-memorable type food. We could not have been more incorrect. The atmosphere is fantastic. The service was excellent. And the food was so incredibly wonderful. We all had something different. So right from the salmon, to the smoked brisket, burger to a salad… We were all very impressed. It was a very welcome surprise and we will definitely go to this restaurant again.
