Such a great place filled with such talented and gifted students. Beautiful building. Dalhousie Dental is an amazing place with such great student/dentists and hygienist. Lauren is super sweet and puts your needs first to make sure you're absolutely comfortable and happy. Outstanding service by Lauren and such a delightful person. I can't say enough about this place as its good in all avenues.
Update- I'm still going to Dal and the people are still just as wonderful as I posted originally. You won't find better care.

The University is huge, extending many acres. One can't possibly make use of all facilities and services offered during one's study. Students are free to follow their own world in the university. Its an all inclusive university which don't discriminate and practices what it preaches. I am impressed by the standards, may be if its more competent enough, the world university ranking can be improved.

Dalhousie University is highly recognized and established University in the Atlantic Canada.

With plethora of programs offered, several ongoing research work, well equipped student services all helps in gaining a name in the Atlantic region.

With little more improvements it can even shine even better.

Very big campus with lots of potential for those seeking knowledge in a vast variety of fields. This means - access to a huge number of faculty that is always available for you and access to a very wide range of degrees and post-degree positions which can satisfy many walks of life.

Amazing spot to watch University basketball. Top tier basketball camps for kids as well, highly recommend.

Did my undergrad at Dalhousie, and I believe it is the best university in Canada when it comes to learning and student life. I visited U of Toronto, Queens, McMasters, Mt. Allison, MSVU and none of these campuses are as convenient as Dal. Some may argue that Toronto is right in downtown on subway, but the housing is very expensive and the environment is very crowded. I completed a two-years Master program at McGill. Montreal and McGill students are fascinating, but the school itself has some awful professors and crowded classrooms.

When I did my undergrad in Halifax, Dalhousie-Kings College offered a wide variety of programs, gave out many bursaries and scholarships, and had a ton of societies which you can get involved. The professors and university administration were extremely friendly and approachable. On another note: if you are looking to go to Med school, go to Halifax, partake in the municipal election, and then apply to Dal Med. You will have a higher chance of entering as a NS resident. Since the quality of undergraduate education is unanimous in all universities, student life and experiences are what it really matters when choosing a university for undergraduate studies.

Offers a wide variety of programs through the most dedicated teaching staff, and talented researchers. But hey, I'm biased (I work here). Why not check it out and see for yourself!
