Food here is immaculate never had such a pleasant time here eating their delicious breakfast glasses. The side of headbands and surprise bags still makes me shiver. I would totally recommend eating here to everyone. They don’t have brocotiddies here sadly

This is one of my Grand-daughters favorite stores. So naturally we had to visit and make a purchase!

EXCELLENT customer service. Management went above and beyond to help me with a return. Cute accessories, friendly atmosphere- what's not to love?

A very good selection of products in the store, and really good prices. However, I was a little disappointed with the service from the cashier who assisted me. Her mood was very cold, and sounded like she didn't even want to be there.

The music is sort of unbearably loud

One of the girls behind the counter was extremely rude to me. I asked if they could open the piercing case at the front of the store and she rolled her eyes. As I was picking out jewelry out of the case she seemed extremely annoyed. I then walked to the counter to pay and she rudely asked the other girl to help me. Maybe she was a manager? I don’t think she should be.

I had a poor experience I waited at the till for 10 minutes and nobody was there. There was a huge line and I said excuse me can someone come to the till and the girls just looked at my daughter and I.

Walking in to a store 5 minutes before closing is never fun, but life is busy for all of us and sometimes we just run late.
waking in I got an unfriendly reminder of how late I was running and they will be closing in 5 minutes. I grabbed a couple items and wanted to use the change room. Current time (as reminded by the staff) 2 minutes before closing.
She actually said there change rooms are closed according to store policy.
I just came from Suzy Shier where there staff offered to stay a bit longer if I would like to try on a couple more outfits.
This was such a sad experience and left a sour taste for your company.
Your cashier was rude, unprofessional and should probably find a job she is not dealing with the public.
