This is our second time working with Denny, which goes to show how fantastic things went the first time around - 8 years ago and we still specifically reached out to him again.

Working with James and his team was an incredible experience. When I decided I wanted to sell my rental property I knew there would be a couple of challenges in regard to the process.
Specifically the unit was tenanted (month-to-mont), the mortgage was up for renewal, and the strata was in the process of engineering and quoting for a parking podium remediation. Although none of these items were deal breakers, they did require a deft touch in terms of navigating the process of a sale in order for me to receive a quality offer in a soft market. As of today we closed on a deal that both myself and the buyers are very happy with, the month-to-month tenants have moved on to a new rental without any issues, and I have paid off what was remaining on the mortgage without any penalties thanks to the James advice as to what sort of short term mortgage renewal to ask my bank for while we finalized the sale and closed. Top work from top people who made the entire process stress free on my end.

Denny was knowledgeable about the properties we were looking at and the areas we were interested in. He was very quick to answer any questions that we had and supportive throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed or silly asking questions or expressing our concerns. We appreciated his honesty and expertise when dealing with multiple offer situations, thoroughly communicating with us each step of the way so we knew what to expect. We felt confident in every deal we did with Denny as our Realtor in the past, and will continue to work with him in the future. We recommend the G+D team to all of our friends and family!

This being our first home purchase it showed in our questions.
Denny & Adam sat down with us and we covered all the basics, they made sure they understood what we wanted and explained everything we had not considered. Adam then helped us on our journey of house hunting. Dragged from one open house to another all the time getting a better understanding of what we liked and did not like. When we finally did find a home to buy Adam wasted no time in making it possible. Advising on strata bylaws, even helped to get our pets approved by the strata council. When it came to making the offer and negotiations Adam was there to calm our nerves and determined to get the deal done. We closed the deal and Adam helped us through removal of conditions. Even helped arrange the home inspection.

We had the pleasure of working with Adam to purchase our first condo. We started talking with him months before we were even ready to seriously look at properties, let alone make an offer but even then he was at our service - always willing to meet up and chat or address any questions we had over email or text. When we were ready to seriously look he was awesome about setting realistic expectations and being very thorough with what we were looking for. He took feedback on what we liked and didn’t well and adjusted accordingly. He completely supported us when we wanted to move quickly on the condo we ended up buying. Through the whole process we felt like we had expert support and guidance and we can’t recommend Adam enough.

As an eager couple on a tight budget, the GD team helped us enter a crazy housing market with a small apartment. That foot in the door allowed us to upsize and again the GD team came through and made selling and buying in a crazy time smooth and successful (yay for getting over asking price!).
