I had a big move from North Vancouver to East Sooke. Armstrong movers provided excellent customer service. Friendly, reasonable, fast efficient trustworthy with special care with the fragile and breakable items. They helped with recycle and garbage drops. I highly recommend James and his crew."He was very refreshing to encounter. He didn't hit me with any hidden charges and went beyond being merely professional; he was personable, engaging and even endured my stressed out mother in a classy way. To say I don't like moving is an understatement, but they actually made my move pleasant and pain free! I'd hire him again in a heartbeat."

The tl;dr is just book with James, Quincy and his crew. They are professional, efficient (but still careful), communicative, funny and were below budget & under the time quoted. :)

The longer version is that I was pretty anxious as this was my first time hiring movers for our move from New West to Maple Ridge. I had done a couple of quotes for our area and James was quick to respond, efficient in getting the information he needed to quote me and dealt with my anxious energy in a calm and collected manner.

On the big day, they arrived exactly when they said they would. They were quick to get everything sorted, explained the process and had me all moved out in under two hours (1 bedroom apartment in a 1 floor walkup). They were equally as efficient to get everything moved in for me and were done under the amount of time quoted. Super friendly guys, put me at ease and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs to move. It honestly felt like I had four big brothers helping me move and I mean that in the best way.

Armstrong movers was quickly able to move us. They were on time, professional and took care with moving our household. James and his team took precaution with every item by providing the necessary steps to care for our possessions. I am extremely happy with how they cared for the tvs/ glass and fragile items while moving quickly. The quality of service received was beyond expectations. Even with having to do 2 truck loads the team went above and beyond. I will be using these guys again and recommending them. Thank you again Armstrong Movers!!

James and his crew were amazing. Worked insanely hard all day and into the night to make sure we got our whole house moved in one day. They were friendly, polite, and very professional. The day was stressful enough as it was but they made it so much easier. I would highly recommend these guys to move your house!

These guys are just plain excellent. Great people to deal with. I had them move a very heavy stove and they did it with ease. I would use them again in an instant. I had a strong trust right off the bat with this crew. They have the tools to do the job and come with enough people to get it done. Pricing is very fair. A++++

These guys were nice, fast and professional. They made moving easy and were very responsive and punctual.

Booked months in advance. I messaged 10 days before service date to confirm. He informed me that he couldn't do the job. I am not sure when he was going to inform me of this. I am really not sure what I would have done on moving day when they did not show up. Was not offered any other times or even another day. Avoid.
