I was dreading the idea of buying a used car, but the experience I had with Pedi at Pursue auto was really good. He met me on a Sunday morning so my wife and I could look at the Prius we ended up buying, even though they were closed. We liked the car, the rest went smoothly, and we're very happy so far with our new car. I would have no hesitations about dealing with Pedi and his group. It was a good experience.

Just got my new car here a few days ago. They are super nice and made the whole process very simple and easy. They have many great cars for very good prices. Pedi is such a great guy, he is so helpful and friendly.

I had an excellent experience with Pedi from Pursue Auto, as someone who has recently moved to the country I was overwhelmed by my options and a little sceptical with finding a dealer I could trust. I stumbled across Pedi's business and straight away he showed his professionalism & service. I immediately felt comfortable with his gentle approach. Pedi suggested a few cars that he thought would suit my needs and offered a test drive in them.
He was very patient with me as I came back THREE TIMES while I was making my decision. He let me test drive the car twice so I felt comfortable I was making the right choice for me.
He sent me the CARFAX straight away (other dealerships I spoke with wouldn't give this information unless I committed to the car).
I found Pedi was very fair in his negotiations and I was very pleased with his standard offer of the 1 year cover - to me this really gives confidence that he is selling quality vehicles.
Pedi showed that he takes pride in his business & attention to detail.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends in the market for a used car.

After buying the car from Pedi, I took the car to a mechanic, who not only said the car was in great shape, but he also said I got a fantastic deal. I can’t recommend Pursue Autos highly enough.

After nightmare experience with a high pressure car salesmen, what a relief it was to walk into Pedi's office. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. Pedi was very helpful and provided just the right balance of attentive service when required and backing off when I needed to think about it. (I can't say the same for some of his neighbours - I went to 6 dealerships in the area today). He allowed me to take a proper test drive of a great car without insisting on coming along for the ride. It ran beautifully and was in great shape for the mileage. We couldn't agree on a price, but I was trying for a fantastic deal because the car lacked features I would prefer to have. He answered all my questions and provided paperwork promptly, even responding to emails after business hours. If he had what I was looking for, I'd have been happy to buy a car from him today.

Update: I did buy that Toyota Matrix after all. A week later, we were able to agree on a price within my budget. It was really something to see Pedi out in the rain cleaning my new car while I dealt with the insurance, even after he had my money. :D

If I could give TEN STARS I would! I had such a fantastic experience with Pedi at Pursue Auto. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience easy & comfortable. I live out of province and actually bought my vehicle before I even saw it in person--that's how well he answered all my questions & concerns! He even set me up with an oil change because he knew I was immediately embarking on a cross country drive! What a guy!

I would HIGHLY recommend Pedi to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. He's no pressure, super genuine, and you can tell all he really wants is for you to find the vehicle you need that will make YOU happy.

Buying a car can be stressful because trust is a BIG issue. Pedi, totally gives you a sense of trust and honesty that makes the car buying experience fun again. I highly recommend Pedi and Pursue auto. Love our new Ford Escape too!

Pedi made buying our car a no hassle, no pressure and overall very pleasant experience. You can tell he is someone who takes pride in his work and cares about his reputation (unlike some dealerships who will say anything to make a sale then wash their hands of you as soon as you walk out the door) would recommend this place to anyone.

Im not one to typically write a review but my experience with Pedi and the team at Pursue Auto was absolutely exceptional, from the initial introduction to the final purchase. If you are looking for a good used car at a reasonable price AND an excellent customer experience, skip the big dealerships in New West (and elsewhere) and head to Pursue Auto. The other three lots I went to first had high pressure commission salesmen who quickly became irritated when I didn't cave to pressure. Arriving at Auto360 Wholesale Ltd (they share a lot with Pursue Auto), I was greeted by friendly Steven who let us wander alone through his and Pursue's inventory, but was very responsive to questions we had.

When I saw a car on Pursue Auto's lot that seemed to fit the bill, I met the owner Pedi and was very pleasantly surprised. He was laid back, helpful, and applied zero pressure. He was not interested in selling me anything other than the kind of car that I was looking for and would be happy with. The price negotiation process was pleasant and friendly, and we settled on a price we were both happy with.

Since then, I can confirm a few things. Pedi has gone over and above my expectations in numerous ways since the purchase; he is really dedicated to making his customers happy. I had the car checked out by my mechanic, and he was impressed with the purchase quality. My Audi / BMW / Porsche driving boss took it for a spin and declared it fun to drive.

I will never buy from a commission sales lot again. As a small business owner who buys from a major wholesaler, Pedi has an eye for cars that he knows will satisfy his customers. He doesn't hard-sell them because he knows that the right buyer is out there for each particular car, and he is interested in his customers finding the perfect fit.

My apologies for the lengthy review. It is just that I have bought and sold over 12 used vehicles in my driving lifetime, and this experience was far above any I have had before. Wishing you much success, Pedi!

5 Stars doesn’t seem even enough! This place is your go to for Used Auto ! They are knowledgeable and friendly! Even with a pandemic going on we still felt comfortable and safe! Pedi even came in at the time that was convenient for us which was amazing for my husbands tight work schedule :) We were super impressed and definitely would purchase there again!

I had a very pleasant time dealing with the staff at Pursue Auto, even the insurance brokers were amazing to deal with! Good chance I will be a repeat customer. The owner made the experience so smooth even though he was getting ready for a vacation and on vacation the day we picked up the car!! . A++++ rating from me!

After my 30-year-old car was written off in an accident, I was referred to Pedi by my mechanic. I'd had a horrible run-in with a wholesaler a couple months earlier, so I was skeptical. But Pedi went far beyond my expectations! I threw him a curveball because I wanted a standard (which are hard to come by these days), but he kept at it until we found the perfect car for me. I've had it for a month now, and it's been great. There's been no surprises, and I'm very happy. Pedi is hands-down a great guy to buy a car from.

Pedi gave us magnificent service, above and beyond! We truly appreciate doing business with him. He doesn't push sales into his customer's face like other car salesman but rather give us time to think about and eventually we found the car we wanted.
