I went to Key West Ford last year and got a Mustang. I was surprised at how quick it was to get things done there. Their inventory was great, I found the exact model I had wanted to get. Sam was a fantastic help back then. I write this review only now, after I've been back there a couple of times for maintenance reason (some chip needing an update, and the radiator needing a fix) and it's always a pleasure to get there and meet the friendly people working in this place. They care for the job, they care for the car, and they make sure things get done right. So kudos to the Service people there, but also special kudos to Sam for being an all around great guy. It's always a pleasure to bump into you again when I drop by. All of you : Keep on being awesome !

I have recently leased a F-150 Lightning from Key West. Tom was the salesman who helped me a lot. He was very clear and honest and very responsive when I needed a quick answer to my questions during the process. I needed to use my existing leased Truck (F-150 Lariat) as the trading vehicle and because it was leased from another dealer and the lease was open end lease there were challenges involved. However, Ian and his college that I don't remember his name, very professionally handled the process and made it happen and took the headache off me. The way all those people handled the trading and lease all together , was really smooth and professional and with no complication or hidden fees, which is very important and appreciated.

I recently purchased my new Ford Bronco at Key West Ford and had an exceptional experience! The sales team, led by Dola and Callum. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and showed me a range of options that fit my budget.

Ross was incredible and went through everything I needed to know about being a new owner to the Ford lightning, I was quite nervous to begin with taking over a vehicle that’s strictly run on electrical. He eased all of my concerns and definitely I’m sold on the idea. All the features on the vehicle were quite overwhelming, at first!

Service department was very helpful, check in with smooth and easy. My car was ready within the time frame they said it would be. They have an awesome coffee machine there that makes good lattes, and a popcorn machine if you can believe it.
