Our staff party was held here. Buffet was amazing. A good variety of food and all was presented beautifully. Service for drinks was very quick and servers were very accommodating and friendly.

I appreciate all the pride of business that the BNI has shown and offered year over year!! As a home town realtor, I've seen the changes, improvements & growth of our longtime neighborhood restaurant & lounge where many events & memories have been graciously entertained . . . thank you for that and your efforts to keep getting better!

Great location for truckers. The restaurants attached were very good and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

The hotel may not look like much from the outside, but our room was clean and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed. We had reserved the upgraded suite with a Jacuzzi, and both that large tub and the multi-control shower were real treats.

We also had dinner in the pub and were very pleased with the quality and price of the prime rib special, and with the opportunity to try some craft beer from the local area. It must also be said that the staff -- both at the pub and the front desk -- were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

We will definitely stay there when we're out that way again, and we recommend them highly!

Stayed here overnight and had a great experience! Libby at the front desk checked us in with a smile. We were traveling with our dog so I appreciate being given a room that was close to a side entrance so we could easily take him out to potty. The room itself was spacious and well appointed. The mini fridge and microwave meant we could bring food with us. The rain showers were very luxurious, as were the beds, sheets and pillows - best sleep ever! Highly recommend the Neighbourhood Inn

Great foods..I've tried almost everything on their menu's..the people that work here from Richard the Manager to the front desk and pub/bar to our favorite restaurant and server's..this has been our favorite spot for nearly 10 years!
My wife and I have made this a routine as patrons both locally and our visitors from afar!

Came down for the Cold Lake Air Show and stayed at this hotel. Blown away how great it was. Price was great (one of the cheapest in Bonnyville), rooms were fresh and renovated, front desk staff were awesome and friendly and the breakfast buffet was worth the stay by itself. If I stay in Bonnyville again it will be at this hotel, I won't even bother looking elsewhere.

The room was clean bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom with a walk in shower. The price included a warm breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Very friendly and attending to our needs. My small family had a comfortable stay. They loved the coziness of the room we had booked. Highly recommend to others and will be coming again. Would rate higher if I could.

Great place to stay. Restaurant AND bar attached to the hotel (both delicious). Good clean rooms, pet friendly available. Seriously though the best part of this hotel is the bar attached to it..when it's -50 you don't have to go outside to stumble back to your room from the bar!! Staff is always super friendly..I've left my truck parked overnight..COUNTLESS times (hundreds really) and never had any issues. OH and they even allow you to park long-haul trucks with no charge (when my parents visit me in town here, they park at the neighbourhood inn and bring Tim Hortons to the very sweet (but also very confused) staff!

Very clean ! Free big breakfast and laundry room for hotel users! Water for each person! You got to check this hotel Out! That's why I give it 5 stars rating! Rates are most of all Great! 😃

I went to the restaurant for supper and had an excellent salad that was suggested by Brooke. She is one of the most welcoming people I've met. Both times I've been there, she makes me feel completely at home. I'm looking forward to my next meal there.

The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place. When the Covid restrictions are off the offer a great buffet breakfast.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel was clean, professional & well worth the price we paid. The staff went above & beyond & was happy to help. The breakfast was very tasty. We felt more like family as a valued guest rather than a numbered hotel guest. The management was just as great. We spent 3 night & I will absolutely return on my next visit to Bonnyville. Thank you very much for all that you did.

I was attending a social function sponsored by our company and the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us with the setting up of the room and providing refreshments. They provided us with a turkey lunch complete with dressing, perogies, cabbage rolls and desserts; there was lots of food for everyone and it was delicious.

AMAZING service, big open rooms with kitchenette’s and convenient for having a really good bar with VLT’s and amazing food!!!

We had our Christmas lunch there. It was well laid out, private. The hostess was very helpful and attentive. The buffer was well received and the items of the menu were delicious.

The hospitality here is fantastic. My room was super clean. Breakfast was great. The front desk was super helpful and really friendly.
