Cutest little Diner! Hidden off the Main Street, but this place is adorable and amazing! Great milkshakes, great service. Friendly staff and the cutest desserts! This was our first time here, and we will be back :)

Best restaurant in Bonnyville hands down! Highly recommend their burgers, they are all amazing! The decor is very 50’s and fits the era so well. Everyone is very friendly and the service is quick :) Will definitely be back again! And they have a full case of cupcakes and other baked goods, got the vanilla cupcake and it was amazing! Don’t miss this place if you are stopping in bonnyville…it’s a must!!

50s diner done right! I am a great cook and it is rare that I don’t have a criticism for the places I eat. This was a 20/10 if the scale went that high. Super affordable, delicious, clean and tidy. I was delighted to see the shine on the table and chair legs! The care and attention to the decor and aesthetics were tasteful to the era and very well done. The music and atmosphere was great and the meal was phenomenal. I had the extreme breakfast poutine and my husband had the breakfast dog. There was two healthy portions in both meals and the hollandaise was certainly homemade fresh and was 10/10. We also purchased some cake balls and cupcakes! So far would purchase and recommend all of them! Can’t wait to try the cinnamon raisin loaf we purchased at the same time!
If you’re driving through bonnyville this is a must stop! We will certainly be making the trek back- we heard the burgers are fantastic!

Adorable little diner just a quick detour off the main road. Atmosphere was amazing and our server was awesome. Was very pleased with the real cheese curds they use in their poutine, so yummy and the gravy had so much flavour. Ordered the “hound dog” and it was massive with SO many toppings, again so good. Will definitely be stopping in again if passing through.

We had a lovely lunch! All the meals were delicious. We had the Chicken Crunch burgers and Gunsmoke Burger. The fries are amazing! Service was good, despite them being short-staffed.
We all loved the atmosphere of the diner and all the yummy looking treats available to purchase. We will be back!

Stumbled upon this adorable 50s diner during our road trip and couldn't resist stopping in. The bright and cheery atmosphere, paired with the friendly, speedy service, made for a truly delightful experience. It felt like stepping back into a simpler time. A fun find indeed! Highly recommended for a nostalgic dining experience that comes with great food too!

Had the classic breakii with homade brown bread and it was delicious, service is fast and friendly, will definitely come back for the dinner menu!

Our first time at Jennie's today. Best breakfast we've ever had. Our dish came with a very large pancake! That alone would have filled each of us. Hash brown cubes were pan-fried and our toast was homemade. We took yummy desserts and icecream to go. We will definitely be back!

Ordered the 3 Little Piggies for 15.75 a few days ago. It was our first time stopping in and it definitely will NOT be our last time. The taste was amazing, the portion size could be a little bigger for the price, but overall this dish was very delicious! I highly recommend trying this dish if you ever stop in. I wish I could have tried the baked goods but I was quite full after this!

I don't live in Bonnyville. But everytime I pass by on business trips, I have to stop at this place. Very good food and cozy environment. I am guessing it's a family business and they care about their customers. And if you had never tried their cupcakes, you will have to! I am not big on cupcakes, but I absolutely love theirs. They are very reasonably priced and they are delicious!!

It's very popular for good reason. Good food cooked from scratch for very affordable prices and a wonderfully done retro theme. I hope they're around for a long time.

Fantastic '50s inspired dinner with excellent, fresh food from locally sourced ingredients. The service was outstanding too. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the neighborhood.

Some colleagues and I were in town for a conference, and selected Jennie’s because we noticed on their website that they had a vegan and gluten-free menu, which meets the needs of my numerous food sensitivities. To find a restaurant in small-town Alberta that considers so many alternative dietary requirements was a pleasant surprise. My colleagues ordered from the main menu, while I ordered a black bean and rice burger with salad. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and it was a relief knowing that what I was eating was safe for my body. I was even able to find a vegan and gluten-free dessert. The atmosphere of the restaurant is “50s diner,” which was fun and casual. The servers on the evening that we were there were very young, occasionally needing a second reminder about a request, but they were very keen, enthusiastic, and polite. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through or staying in town.

Really awesome and rare 60s diner style restaurant serving fresh home cooked meals. The fried chicken reminded me of the delicious southern soul fool. I was really amazed to see it in Bonnyville. I also had the pleasure to meet the owner Jennie and had a very friendly conversation which made me feel at home. Thank you Jennie! I will be sure to visit this restaurant every time I am in Bonnyville!
Oh, and don't forget to try the desserts... my favourite are the cake balls which are delicious & perfectly sized to be enjoyed guilt-free after a meal!

I am such a fan of 50s style diners, and wow did this place ever deliver. The attention to detail is incredible. I was also really impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality as well. And I haven't even got to the food yet, which is absolutely a God send. Best hamburgers and dogs ever! Real french fries too, the way people used to make them. Worth the drive from Calgary, but my only complaint is I couldn't convince them to let me buy a pail of those damn delicious pickles.... oh well.
