Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bonnyville, an IHG Hotel

I stay at the Holiday Inn every time I am sent to Bonnyville for work. The friendly staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. The rooms are clean and it’s located close to the best places to eat in town making it a pretty convenient location.

Rooms are very clean, staff amazing. But little disappointed that both mornings. It was always sausage as the meat, no bacon.

Absolutely amazing. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was great. Hot tub and pool were awesome and there was even a dry sauna!

Excellent staff! They will greet you with a friendly smile from the front desk, room staff and breakfast personnel. The breakfast was great special the bacon; It was cook for perfection!

Super comfy bed and pillows and the room setup is great (1 king bed + sofa + desk/table on wheels). Really like the feature of plugs at the base of the lamp and on top of night stand. No need to move any furniture to charge a phone. Love the LED on top of the headboard. Very nice breakfast and friendly service, especially compares another hotel in the same tier in town.

A very nice hotel. We always like staying in Holoday Inn Expresses because you know what you are getting. Nice rooms, f rigidly and helpful staff, and great free breakfasts. And this one was no exception. All of that on top of super friendly staff that were very good to us. Five stars.

Another excellent visit. I travel all over Alberta for work and continue to stay here due to the excellent room conditions and friendly staff. The rooms are always clean and the bath rooms even have Watkins products for shampoo and body wash. The beds are comfortable and sheets don't have that industrial feel to them. Highly recommend.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, very clean and comfy rooms, awesome pool/hot tub. The hotel is very well maintained and kept very clean. Located close to multiple restaurant's. The free breakfast bar is decent. We were very pleased with our stay and will stau here again when in the area.

I spend well over 200 days a year staying in various hotels in the Bonnyville area and so far this hotel has been great. The staff is great and the rooms are large. There is a large amount of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower which is great and separates this hotel from the others……. and did I mention they provide real bacon in the continental breakfast! Nothing worse than the microwave bacon that is supplied by the competitors in Bonnyville.

Nice clean rooms friendly staff. Decent complimentary breakfast that includes a pancake machine, coffee with all the fixings including flavored creams. There is fresh water and juices. Milk and chocolate milk. Yogurt. Instant oatmeal bananas, bread for toast and some muffins. Then in "steam tables" there is bacon, eggs,(scrambled and hotel style omlettes), sausages, hashbrowns, tea biscuits and sometimes baked brown beans and mashed potatoes. The breakfasts is located right on the main floor adjacent to the front lobby check in desk area.

Very comfortable beds, nice comfy pillows. Front desk people are awesome. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Upscale hotel with modern decor. Decent sized pool and hot tub, smaller fitness area but with good equipment. Staff is very friendly and responsive. I mentioned a small issue with my room and they immediately upgraded me to a better room.

Nice rooms and pool. Very friendly staff. Decent morning breakfast. Internet was fast and rooms were very clean. Price was excellent for the quality of stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is a great hotel with a hot tub, pool and towels ready to be used at the pool! Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful when asked questions relating to the price of this hotel and the things that are offered. Rooms are absolutely amazing and the feel is really comforting especially in the suite. Prices are reasonable with access to membership. I’d personally recommend this hotel 😊

One of the nicest Holiday Inn Express's I've stayed in. The owners go a long way to add a personal touch, including free cookies and sandwiches in the lobby. Considering the volume of visitors this hotel must experience, it was very well maintained and my room was in great condition.

Nice affordable stay. Room was clean, breakfast was good with nice options. There is a pool, meeting rooms, business centre and gym. Nicely located.

This hotel was phenomenal right from the beginning of our stay to the end!! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was VERY clean, and beautiful to look at. Our room was gorgeous, the breakfast - HIGHLY impressive for a hotel, had everything we couldve wanted. We chose this one because the price was great and it had a pool for the kids. I joked with my hubby that the pool must be cold because "there's gotta be a catch!" But even the water was warm anx we loved every moment of our stay here. The fitness room had a surprising amount of equipment options. Our room included a kitchen sink/microwave/mini fridge without us even asking. And the reading lamps above the headboard were perfect/classy. We really couldn't say enough great things about our stay, other than I SOO didnt want to leave lol. Thank you Holiday Inn express.

We recently used the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bonnyville for a staff development meeting. The hotel was clean and well laid out, the staff was very accommodating to our needs. Our group was a little large for the space, but I would use it again with a smaller group.
