I cannot say enough about Luc and his professionalism. I called him in a panic when a container of laundry liquid spilled into my water heater. He promised to come and see me by the end of the day but arrived in a matter of a couple of hours and had the problem rectified in about 15 minutes. The charge? I am embarrassed to say! This is what service is meant to be but seldom is.
