I have been shopping here for a few years and love the selection of products and the great staff. My friends and I believe it to be the best store in the valley. There is something fishy about a group of recent, negative, dishonest, reviews.

The best part was the extremely helpful sales person! She was incredibly informative, made me feel comfortable and just a delight to talk to.

Not size inclusive at all, very disappointing.

Absolutely horrendous attitude displayed from the female employee working this afternoon, which coincidentally just happens to the most romanticized day of the year.

I was cutting it close for time, which I will own as entirely my mistake, and on top of that I thought the store was a block down from where it is, but i digress. I called at 2 minutes to 5 and pleaded to the woman that I am 30 seconds away, I know exactly what i want, I have cash and asked extremely politely if she could help me out by remaining open until 5. Being debatably one of the most intimate
days of the year, the fact that they are the only store of this kind in Penticton, and that she was still there with the lights on, on the phone with me when I pulled up out front right as the clock rolled over from 4:59 to 5:00, I am quite frankly appalled by the situation as a whole, but more so the attitude of the employee.

I was crystal clear that I was after 1 item,
I was 30 seconds away, and was out front in my car while she was inside the store on the phone with my as the clock rolled over to 5. At 4:58 She was very clear that she had already clocked out, and had no desire what so ever to accommodate my request. I wasn’t asking to browse after hours, I wasn’t asking her to stay open till quarter after, 10, 5, or even 3 minutes after. I was simply asking her to stay open till the time stated as closing time so I could grab ONE item, paid for with cash, on the most intimate day of the year.

Needless to say, I will absolutely and without giving it a second thought, be driving to Kelowna or purchasing online for anything I may have previously considered buying here.

In the past I was willing to eat the excessively more expensive cost for identical items vs shopping online so I could support local businesses. From now on, this is one business I will be avoiding any way possible. Whether that means driving to Kelowna so I can keep my money in the okanagan’s economy, or probably just order online where there is better prices, better selection, and no need to deal with employees like the one I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with today that do the bare minimum required to collect a paycheck; at the business owners expense. To the owner of the establishment, I am sorry and I am sure that this employees conduct does not reflect your mentality towards customer service. But it’s the last straw for me.

Not only was I sold something that was faulty I was told I would receive a phone call from a manager on how to proceed it’s been two weeks, no phone call and I’m left with dealing with a faulty product. Would not recommend.

horrible SERVICE, I EVEN FOUND DRUGS IN THEIR CHANGING ROOMS! STAFF WAS VERY UNFORGIVING AND RUDE ABOUT IT TOO.

horrible I would not recommend going, it stunk like rotten eggs and the service was abysmal
