Excellent experience for my elbow surgery. Staff was caring, professional and kind. Nurses were very attentive, constantly providing me with heated blankets as I was constantly nervous and cold. Everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Enjoyable experience.

My Mom had knee replacement surgery here and the overall care that she received was amazing. Millie set the bar high with her enthusiastic welcome that put my Mom's nervousness at ease. Then Buffy who prepped Mom for surgery and Krisselle and Maria who took care of Mom's needs for the evening and next morning. There were many others that I can't specifically name but Mom felt safe and cared for through the whole process and my brothers and I appreciate it. Thanks for a great experience THP.

I have only had excellent care at all three campuses, most recently a hip replacement in November 2023 at the Queensway site which was a smooth and efficient experience handled by professional and friendly staff. The follow up visit was at the Credit Valley site and again, although extremely busy, was on time and handled efficiently and by a team of friendly professional admin staff, nurses and my surgeon. I have only positive things to say about my experience at the Trillium health services, and I am very grateful.

Twisted my knee so I went in to the Urgent Care Centre at 3pm. From the time I hobbled in until I left was just under 3 hours. I dealt with 5 various nurses/doctors/technicians, all of whom were friendly and helpful. Much better than going to the hospital or ER.

Had two knee replacements done here in the last 6 months. All the care I received, from pre op through after care physio, was first rate. Highly recommend.

Pretty decent and curteous staff. Went for a WSIB speciality assessment floor 3. Urgent care. Seating is good. Waiting areas are clean and tidy. Ample of parking. (paid)

As a patient I can complain. The nurses took care of me with a lot of love and dedication. Thank you thousand time to all of them especially to Sony and Allana.

I love this hospital, they helped in no other way hospital did. They beyond and above. I can’t forgot about the shower I took when I was get discarded. Get a number from the registration area and wait for your number to be called. The desk staff are very efficient and helpful. Once you are registered, you will proceed to the area where your appointment is and check in to let them know that you have registered. Wait for the nurse to call you in if you are there for the surgery clinic.
Check out when you have finished.
Give yourself extra time as there may be a wait. Prepare to pay for parking in the area ($3 for 1/2 an hour).

I received today an AMAZING medical care from several professionals addressing a fracture in the Plastic Clinic, Ambulatory Surgery Clinic, thank you so much to Dr.Sharon Kim, Jennifer the Cast Technician and also thanks to the nurses Patti and Maria.

Shout out to nurse Donna from day surgery recovery! She made my husband laugh which isn't an easy thing. Lol

I have been to the ER for my children, they thoroughly assessed and evaluated each situation. And have consistently treated them effectively. The staff and doctors were incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

Had knee replacement surgery Nov 12 2021 and hip replacement surgery Dec 9 2022. Both experiences were very positive. The registration process was efficient, pre-op assessment was orderly, Dr. McGoey was awesome and the fleet of registered nurses post-op were all amazing, particularly my overnight nurse (7:30pm to 7:30am). All of them were kind, considerate and took very good care of me. I truly hope I do not require any additional joint replacements!! But if I do, I will not at all be concerned about having the surgery performed by Dr. McGoey at THP Queensway.

There are lots of one star reviews from people who are upset about the wait time, but very few reviews about the actual service and care. The staff here are fantastic! They did an amazing job removing my girlfriend's stitches and treating her infection. The doctor and nurses seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. We did wait just over an hour to see someone, but the level of care we received was worth it. I would recommend this urgent care location to friends and family without a second thought.

I had my biopsy here 3 weeks ago and everyone I met was helpful.
Many thanks to the staff at Betty Wallace unit. They are so kind and caring. They understood my needs and feelings and made sure I was okay. I had a wonderful experience here!

went here for ultrasound image of my daughter for the first time. I was lucky to be helped by a staff as I was struggling to find where to go. I entered the building through east entrance. the building is very confusing if you are going for the first time. for all x-ray, ultrasound and other imaging, follow the green stricker on the floor - with number "2 - Diagnostic Imaging". there is limited free parking in front of the building 150 sherway drive. there are also paid parking available.

I attended the urgent care facility here on a Saturday and was seen by Dr. Mann as well as an X-ray technician. The doctor seemed quite thorough both in his examination of my issue and ensuring I fully understood their diagnosis and the follow-up required. Despite the urgent care facility being quite busy everyone I interacted with was quite professional and helpful.

Do be aware however this is an urgent care centre, not a full emergency room. So it's good for things that require more urgent attention than you would expect at a walk-in, but also not so good for true emergencies as they are not fully equipped to deal with them.

Place for non major/day surgery. Busy place and tight parking. $3 per 30 mins. Visiting Doctors and nursing staff is excellent. Process from check in to out explained properly. Help was available whenever needed. Covid protocols are still followed. There is line up for check in so make sure to reach 20 mins early if you can. Other emergency clinics are closed for now.

Dr. Sharon Kim in the fracture clinic is amazing. Hyper efficient yet kind and even very funny! I hope to never fracture anything again but if I do I'd want her to follow my injury again!
