If you ever get a chance to go to Honey in Sherway, make sure you ask for Josh! Such incredible customer service skills! I took my daughters in to look for a graduation dress for their Grade 8 grad, and he found them the dresses of their dreams! He went through the store with them and picked them out some dresses, telling them, “You need more than one dress when dress shopping. That’s what makes it fun!” We loved you Josh! Thank you so much for making their grad dress dreams come true!

Had a wedding to go, and was clueless as to what I wanted to look like. The sales girl put my whole outfit together, showed me how to wear it and everyone in that store made me feel so beautiful. All of these ladies are amazing!

To be quite honest, I had many bad customer service experiences in this store but my visit earlier today when helped with Breagan made my entire day. Breagan is so kind, patient, and helpful despite having multiple tasks to complete, the customer is her main priority and I appreciate her assistance today immensely. She picked out an excellent array of dresses in which all fit my style after just have a quick conversation with me. I hope anyone that shops at honey gets to experience her positivity and genuine customer service, she made me want to support the store whilst also finding an item I love. The 5 stars are specifically for Breagan.

Josh helped my niece find her prom dress today. He was a great help and gave us an incredible customer service experience for such a milestone. Thank you so much!

Josh was the best stylist we could have asked for, he listened, was not too pushy, and picked out the best dresses for our goal of guests to a beach/ barn wedding. We will be back for future shopping endeavours. Thanks for leaving us feeling so beautiful and confident Josh!

Had a wonderful experience last night at Honey. Needed a dress for a high school semi-formal & the manager Kavita was so kind & helpful & friendly. She made the “ yes to the dress” challenge a breeze. It was a 3 generational shopping experience & we found the perfect dress that everyone was over the moon with. And it was under $100.00 too! Woo Hoo!

The girls at this store were incredibly friendly and helpful, I once had an awful experience at Honey at Eaton Centre in 2018 and never went to Honey again until I visited the Sherway location lately.

By far the best Honey store in the GTA. The customer service at this store is fantastic, and the sales reps are so kind, which is unlike other honey stores I have been to.
