Walmart Supercentre

I would like to give this survey to Kay of Walmart Pharmacy located at 800 Matheson Blvd West in Mississauga, Ontario. If there was 10 stars Kay deserves that rate. She has been very helpful, and very professional. She treats her customers with utmost respect and is committed to providing excellent customer service. Kay is highly organized. She makes sure that all my medications are packed in one bag with my name on it in an orderly and complete manner for pick-up. Kay is the only employee in Pharmacy Department who understands the highest importance of a customer’s needs. Thank you, Kay!!! I hope you continue these great services. Customer service is excellent. I usually shop at Walmart from this location and it provides with one of the excellent customer service and wide selection of products to choose from. I would really like to appreciate one of your employee. Her name is Samaira. She interacts with every customer with positive attitude and always a smile on her face. I must say she is very hardworking. Wishing her best of luck in her career.

Definitely better than square one location. Has more variety and the fruits aren’t already rotting so that’s a plus.

Ankit was very helpful with our purchases today! He was managing the seasonal side of the store and he really helped us save a lot of time. I came in for a simple item(boxing gear) and didn’t find it. I was misunderstood by the online description and realized that I would have to order online and THEN pick up in the store. Totally cleared up by an associate. Conflict resolution is very important and I found the staff to be very helpful and polite!
This store had EVERYTHING else that I disintegrated need! LMAO!!! I ended up getting a dog bed,(going back for another one cause it’s not at any of the Walmart’s closer to me) a couple toys for my daughter,(for Christmas) Christmas lights and some groceries! The store is extremely clean and well stocked with so many options!!! Their holiday selection is second to none. At the front, this location has more additional services than any other Walmart I’ve seen! Nail salon, hair salon, vision centre, lottery counter, brows and lashes, law office, portrait studio and travel agency. McDonald’s on one side and Tim’s on the other. Lol. They even had a do it yourself key cutting machine. The parking is abundant and very easy to get in and out unlike the traffic mess of other plazas!
Highly recommend this location!

A good store to get all the possible things. The best is the world food section. I love the EAU which was very cheaper. Got 4 litres can and it was sufficient for my trip.

Above and beyond service that far exceeded my expectations for customer service. They called stores, used facetime to reach out and not just one but 3 employees, including the store manager, helped me find an item. I've never experienced such great help!

Walmart Super centres are much bigger and have all of the retail departments plus groceries. Neighbourhood Markets have just groceries, pharmacy, and customer service.This Walmart Super centre is in the Heartland area of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

I went to buy groceries and some other essential items.
The price displayed for an item did not match when it was scanned.I noticed the price difference after I already paid the bill.
When I notified the cashier she asked me to go to refund and return desk.The lady named Sallochne at the desk was very humble ,she
listened to me patiently and refunded the extra amount they charged.
I was happy and impressed by her behaviour.

Great place. Good collection. Lots of indian food as well fresh vegetables, rice, daal, masalas, frozen food as well.

They have all the indian stuff available, which I always look for.

Best place for good deals

If we looking for something specific always check online for stock and they always have it when you arrive at the store. Got a book self very sturdy and solid only took 30mins or less to put together awesome. Highly recommended.

Prabjot and Papinder at Customer service were very helpful when I could not find an item at the Toy section. They contacted Eleanor at the Toy section who walked me to the item I was looking for. Excellent service Prabjot, Papinder and Eleanor. Thank you.

Prices are nominal and have lot of stuff! They have lot of offers and discounts going on- Rollback! Best place to buy products under one roof! They have amazing stuff for birthday!

Very nice mobile cover with great deals

This Walmart Super Center has almost everything thing under one roof. Clothing for the whole family, housewares, seasonal items, groceries, baby, pet supplies, sporting goods, beer/cider and so much more. Also inside the store is an optical store, hair salon, nail salon, UPS store, mattress store and a McDonald's!

I buy good and fresh food from Walmart, the prices are suitable for me
