Special shoutout to jade and emerald. Had a really wonderful experience and amazing customer service. The store was neat , clean, bright and shelves were very well organized. They helped us pick our products based on our skin type and colour what product could be best suited for us and what could bring out the best in us. We were in the store for almost an hour and they helped us in our entire process. Hands down the best experience ever. Kudos to jade and emerald for making our shopping experience this amazing.

The guy that helped me today at Sherway Locations is the total definition of excellent customer service, his name is Veer or Veen something like that keep him, he is pure gold for the company, he explained me everything in the kindest way, he showed me the offers, he did amazing his job, I went there for an oil shower gel and although I couldn't buy it since I had only a big bill and they didn't have change, I am returning to get it and to get more products, Loved the store, the product and the customer experience.
