I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The prices were reasonable, the service was excellent, and our waitress was truly awesome. Despite being crowded, the diverse menu offered delicious food with great taste. Highly recommended!

Twas my first time here. Me and my hubby enjoyed everything. All the food that we ordered was delicious. Though my frozen margarita has a lot of chunks of ice.

However, our server, Daniella, was so nice and accommodating. We'll definitely be back and will try dining on their patio in the summer.

First time dining here with my husband! (July 2023) The food, service and atmosphere was fantastic. We sat at the dining room and the chairs were very comfortable. I had the Bang Bang Shrimp to start, then the Teriyaki Bowl. Hubby had the Prezel Bites with bacon and cheese dip and The Main burger with fries and honey dill dip. Everything was seasoned well! The fries were the best fries we've had anywhere! I enjoyed my teriyaki bowl as I was offered the chilli oil on the side too. It was just a tad bit hot but it added extra flavour to the dish. I wish I've taken the name of our server so she can be credited properly for her fantastic service. Will definitely come again! Great variety of menu, not just burgers and steaks. Highly recommend! 😊

Haven't been here in years, but came here on the patio tonight with my girlfriend as she lives just down the road. WOW! Will definitely be back next week. Our server Alisa was amazing and has been one the best I've experienced in many years! She was at our table all the time, no problems at all with service. Kept upselling me on more shots 😂 (my rubber arm). The food was unreal. Had the spinach dip and and chips for starting, grilled cheese burger with fries and dill dipping sauce, split two ways. Awesome portions. 12/10 night!!

Fantastic French fries! All of our meals were good but the honey dill sauce for the chicken tenders was extremely weak. Also beware when ordering the chicken club sandwich...it's actually a burger LOL

A lovely little lunch time we had over at State & Main. Everything went smoothly as we were seated straight away and received our orders pretty quickly. All-in-all, a good dining experience. (we visited this venue about four months ago)

The service and food was great! Our server Emily, recommended the Pink State Mint! It was so good I ordered two! Emily also recommended the bang bang shrimp and the burger week burger! Everything was amazing! Thank you Emily for your hospitality!

Have visited many times, our last time was Sunday April 14th. There were 3 of us, a little disappointed the patio was not set up yet as it was a beautiful day, so went inside the lounge. Was served by a young man by the name of Matt. He was awesome, friendly, funny, attentive and his drinks are on point! The kind of server who if everything else was not great, you'd go back just for him. Luckily the food was also good, had a great time, will be back again (hopefully the patio will be open).

We had a late lunch at and the food was delicious 😋 service was over the top good(Kira). Very nice atmosphere, fresh and clean!!

Over all a pretty good experience. Food tasted great. Little pricey for the portions. Service was prompt,but not overly friendly. The atmosphere was decent.

State and main is a favourite of ours. The menu is varied and everything we have tried thus far has been delicious and never let us down. We got the pretzel bites, shared the brownie dessert and I had the chicken sandwich with fries and dill dip. Large portion sizes. The prices reflect a night out- nothing extravagant but much classier than a fast food joint. The quality is there. The atmosphere as well. We sat on the dining area side.

Great lunch spot! Clean and cozy with a full bar. We enjoyed bison burger with smashed jalapeño potato and fresh grilled asparagus. Plus veggie bowl with cocktails. Excellent service and food. Dessert is amazing!!

Another wonderful experience at State & Main! Our Go To Place! Unlike the Keg that makes you wait 1.5hrs for a table when they are not busy with a downtown snobbish attitude, State & Main have AMAZING friendlier & down-to-earth staff who seat you right away and lounge options if there is a wait which we have never experienced. Jessica and all staff are amazing! The food is delicious! We frequently order the 9oz Sirloin with asparagus, fluffy mashed potatoes which comes with their amazing gravy and add on a Shrimp Skewer for the perfect meal! They also offer freshly cracked pepper which many, including the Keg, don't, hence another reason to visit often as we do, including how competitively priced they are as an industry leader. Also try their Bam Bam Shrimp! Thursday's Special is selected half priced bottles of wine, delicious! Their strawberry champagne cheesecake is marvelous and a light delight to finish off a fabulous dinner! Washrooms are wonderful with individual full length stalls for full privacy. Vibe is amazing and super positive! Happy Hour is every day from 9pm to close. Conveniently located around the corner from the new Cineplex Junxion, it's definitely the place to go! P.S. they are also kid friendly, thanks to their exceptional service, can't be beat! Thank you again, State & Main! Truly made our celebration special. :)

Very professional and friendly staff! The food was excellent and the happy hour prices are very reasonable. I recommend the state burger and the fish tacos, they were both delicious!

Excellent service, food was tasty. Portions a tad small but flavourful. Drinks were great and calamari was great.

I’m giving my server, Daniella a five stars, I’m giving the restaurant and management a 2. Our server was basically tending to every table, busing the tables and was visibly overwhelmed. At one point we felt so bad for her that we offered to clear tables. You could tell she wanted the help but couldn’t accept. The food was delicious though.

The steak and burgers are very good.The staff are helpful and friendly.The service was fast.Very good prices and the place is very clean.
