I recently rented a mini van from udrive for a day, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The rental process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The mini van was in great condition and perfect for our needs. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as picking it up. Overall, udrive exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable car rental service.

I came here to rent a vehicle while I was waiting for my MPI to be settled, It was fast and reliable, The service was great and the women (Trinity) I dealt with was really helpful and very polite she explained everything really well and made sure there was no confusion. They got me into the exact type of vehicle I wanted, they have a great selection to chose from! I would definitely recommend coming here. I enjoyed the rental and the service very great company and definitely will be coming back if I’m in need of a rental again.

I’ve had the pleasure of using this service multiple times and will continually recommend it to friends and family in need of a rental! Having to deal with MPI is normally a major headache but I was tremendously pleased with how respected and humanly I was treated by the staff at the mcphillips location. They were able to accommodate me with urgency and were extremely knowledgeable when it came to all my questions and concerns about the process. The vehicles are always well maintained and any issues I’ve ever brought up have been resolved quickly! My favourite part about it is that I’m always addressed by name and never do I feel as though I’m being treated as a “booking”. I never feel I’m being read a script that was given to employees orientation day and I’m always welcome with a smile.

I was recommended to go to U-Drive on Mcphillips from a friend of mine back in July when I was looking for a rental. I would like to say I was really happy with the service they got me into a vehicle fast and the workers were very kind, from the moment I walked in the women behind the counter greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed, the worker I dealt with was named trinity she was very kind and helpful she made sure any questions I had were explained and made the process really easy. U-Drive was amazing to deal with during the almost 3 months I had to rent a vehicle from them due to an MPI claim. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were always super courteous when it came to notifying me I had to contact MPI to update my rental agreement. I highly recommend them for a rental!
