Brought my wife’s engagement ring in for a missing diamond and Joe not only found other issues, but he showed me under magnification what was wrong. I was quoted a price and he was within $10. Ring came back looking amazing and my wife was extremely happy.

My now fiancée, purchased my engagement ring from Keller's. Joe did an amazing job! Awesome customer service. We needed to go back to have it sized, and even though he was quite busy, he sized it for us within the hour! To top off the whole experience, we received a hand written card in the mail, thanking us for the business. Good job! Will forever be loyal to this jeweller.

My mum gave me her vintage gold bracelet for Christmas and it had a broken clasp that needed to be repaired. She took it into Keller’s today and within 5 minutes they repaired it without any issues! They were so kind to do this and would not accept any payment for the repair. We will definitely be returning to browse the beautiful jewellery and the customer service is exceptional. Joe has created beautiful jewellery for 3 generations in my family and he didn't disappoint when I went to him for my Finacees engagement ring. Just stopped in today to design our wedding bands and he has hit it out of the park again! Such a great guy, excellent service, extremely high quality craftsmanship and great value.

Joe Keller has been in his Lantzville shop for so many years that I was totally confident getting him to do the necessary work on my very expensive diamond ring. He had also created a beautiful pendant for my wife, with the full sovereign I turned over to him. I highly recommend Joe for any jewelry needs you have including repairs or designing. I had the jewellers modify my fiancee engagement ring to fit a completely different stone, and they did an amazing job, it's impossible to tell that the ring was modified, the stone fits perfectly and looks gorgeous. It was very pleasant to deal with them and they even offered to transform the first setting in a necklace that is very pretty :) thankyou!

Joe and Evelyn are not only great at what they do they are incredibly kind human beings who always go above and beyond for anyone who walks in their door. My husband sat down with Joe and custom designed my wedding ring (which is so beautiful), and Evelyn helped with finding us the perfect band and my husbands ring. I have free cleanings for life and they always encourage me to come in and have my ring checked out to make sure it is up to par. They truly do care at Kellers, I will never go anywhere else!

I can attest to the moral character and kindness of this jeweller. My father was in the Nanaimo Hospital ICU with a lot of swelling due to his medical condition. We needed to have his wedding band cut off his finger. My mother recalled a friend recommending a fine jeweller from Lantzville in the past and we obtained his phone number from her. Joe(?) drove to the hospital and cut the ring off. Then he informed my mother that he was not charging her anything for the service, his gas money, or his time. He returned the ring in an envelope he had brought along so it would not be misplaced. We look forward to having the ring resized some time in the future by such a kind and reputable businessman.

Joe redesigned my wife's rings. She is still so thrilled with them. I catch her smiling when gazing at her finger. So big thanks to Joe and also to his staff who did a house call to our friend.

The first thing I do when I get out of bed is slip on my new custom ring. I love it!
