Maranatha Foursquare Gospel Church

My family and I have attended Maranatha Church for the past 17 years. They are our second family. Pastor Barry and Pastor Karen are the most caring people. Always eager to help, support and do good in our community.

The staff and volunteers are truly the kindest group of people you could find anywhere in the world. This Church group has been extremely helpful for the less fortunate having food drives and then distributing those goods to the needy. No easy task when you consider the amount of food they are able to collect, we're talking tonnes! And that is no exaggeration. Their commitment to the Nanaimo community at large is unprecidented. Amazing people of all ages there, great worship, excelent message. We loved this church, and miss it very much since we moved to the East Coast. One of the best churches our family ever attended. I reccomend checking it out one Sunday.
