Upon arriving to the store at 9:50 am, Jack was kind enough to let me in. (Store opens at 10am). My reason for coming to the store was to get my information transfered from old device to my new Phone. Jack was amazing with setting that up and also setting me up with all the accessories that I NEEDED (not want!!!) (saving me money). I would recommed this store highly!!! Please ask for Jack, he is an amazing Customer Service Rep. Jack will set you up!!!

This is the best service I have ever had. The manager Karandeep help me to get the best plan for my phone. He is very supportive and polite with customers. He made me a loyal customer of Rogers.

The best Rogers store in Toronto. Incredibly patient and knowledgeable and KIND staff. This is where you should go for all Roger’s inquiries.

Amazing service by Karandeep. I switched from freedom to rogers only because he was able to get me great plan for what I needed. I also got my next phone from this location from Karan. He provides excellent service by going above and beyond and very friendly personality. 10/10 recommended guys. Karan will find you what you need with better prices.

Great location and employees. Karandeep was super helpful and well versed on the products they offered. A very rude customer was in the store when I walked in and Karandeep did a great job at trying to resolve the situation while also prioritizing my needs. Would recommend going here!

Anthony was fantastic. I came in looking for a new Canadian phone number and new phone (I was currently operating on a US plan). He hooked it up. From finding me the best phone for my needs to the right plan for my usage. I feel set up for success. When I was being served, other patrons came in and out of the store. He knew some by name and others he did not- But Anthony treated all with respect and acknowledged them while they waited. It’s hard to find great customer service of his caliber. He knew his stuff and I felt like I was in safe hands. Great job! I will definitely be back.

Very impressed with the knowledgeable and considerate service by Anthony. Even though he is the only one working at this location under very difficult pandemic conditions, and people are constantly knocking at the door to come in, Anthony's focus, good manners and efficiency did not at any time suffer. He is reason enough for me to stick with Rogers and not switch to another provider. Absolutely delighted with my new phone and my new plan.

I would like to send a sincere and heartfelt thank you to the young man, Karandeep, who helped me so much today at Rogers, Bathurst and Bloor, 604 Bloor street east. He stayed overtime to help several customers who were waiting. He was tremendously kind and attentive and helpful to all of us. Thank you for hiring this charming helpful man. I wish more people were like him.

Guys if you want amazing deals and excellent customer service I recommend you to visit this store and talk to karandeep. He is well versed with the products and will go above and beyond to get you what you need with better prices.

What an amazingly efficient and kind service I received from Anthony. for my cell phone. After 2 hours of trying to find a solution with Rogers on the phone last night, ending in "software problem has to go to Google - good luck!" I went to see Anthony and he solved it - no sending it back for repair but diagnosing on site - it was the modem even though my WIFI in house still worked! Better than any tech support! Thank you for your careful patient helpful behavior and kudos to you and your store!

I had to set up a new account for internet for my apartment. There were a couple of issues and the process took longer than it should have, but the guy who was taking care of it was super nice and very professional. I have been to a different store to get an estimate, while I was still deciding which company I wanted to go with and there I felt very rushed and they didn't make a good impression on me. Here, the salesperson took the time to walk me through the different plans and did not advise me to get the more expensive one (as they did at the other store) but just the one that was perfect for me. I will definitely come back to this store if I'll need assistance or new products.

The only reason I am rating this store and Rogers in general a4 is the exemplary customer service given to me by Jack, who works at this store.

I had the fortune to have Karandeep as my Rogers Customer Service Rep and he was super helpful and extremely personable. He made the process of getting Wi-Fi and a home Ignite package super simple. Karandeep is what customer service is all about. Highly recommend.
