A friend of mine borrowed my metro pass for the day and left it with them for me to pick up later as he was in a rush. Was pretty nice of them to actually agree to hold onto it. I had no trouble picking it up.

Only been here a couple of times to buy scratch tickets, pretty smooth process. The store itself is big for a convenience store.

Can’t even answer their phone, called 5+ times to have no one answer.

Every time I’ve been in this store I get rude looks, and the customer service/cashier never had a smile or says “have a good day, enjoy!” Even if you say it to them. Very unwelcoming.

Been here multiple times as it’s close to my closest subway station. Every single time the clerk in the Jacksonville Jaguars hoodie has been grumpily acting like it’s a disservice that you’re even in the store.
