Fantastic shoe store. They have wonderful shoes and so many! Came up from Medicine Hat as I had heard about this store from friends. Found myself some awesome boots. Definitely will be back.

An unexpected find when I needed a pair of walking shoes while on vacation. Drove to Trochu . Very deep selection and walked out with two pairs of shoes. Truly a unique find. Has a good internet presence as well. Recommended

Extensive inventory. If you can't find a nice pair here you may need therapy.

I was in and out of there on my lunch break and they were just great! Very helpful, fast (when you’re in a rush) and even waterproofed my boots for me! Great experience!!

I've been 3 times (the Trochu store) and I can't say enough about the superb customer service!! The staff are wonderful - informed, attentive & sincere. Each visit I've been greeted upon entering and advised to just "let me know if you questions or need help" and then left to wander & browse at my leasure.
On 2 occasions I brought a friend and they both commented later what a pleasure it was to find a store that still knows what true customer service is!
We all were impressed with the fact that no staff member tried to push a sale. On the contrary - the only "push" is to ensure you leave well informed on how to successfully get a well fitted and comfortable pair of shoes....IF or WHEN you buy. Absolutely NO pressure.

Great shoe store! Great people! Tons of shoes to choose from - greatest variety ever seen in any shoe store. If you wear orthotics, Henry's will also have what you need.

"Are you in town to visit the shoe store?" Was one of the first things the waitress asked us at the restaurant a couple of doors up the street, as she took our order. "People from Calgary come here for shoes all the time." ("Are you for real", was was the first thing that came to my mind, "yes, it looks interesting from the front" is what came out of my mouth "it looks like they have a lot of selection", I politely added, having parked in front of the unassuming store and noticed the sonewhat eclectic displays in its window.) An hour and a half later, after having lunched and then wandered through the claustrophobic isles of the shoe store, we came out with a pair each of really nice shoes, having received awesome friendly, going out of their way service from the father and sons team. Highly recommend this place for it's crazy variety and selection. Great, friendly, familial service.

Fantastic - high quality shoes!! It can be a little hard to find what you're looking for because they have a lot of stock but if you ask the will happily find them for you!! Prices are reasonable
