The wife and I stopped by for lunch and the food was great! Our server was cool and the lady that owns the joint came out to say hi. Very charming. Obviously the best place to eat in town cause a whole bunch of locals were in & out the whole time we were there. 100% would recommend.

Lovely small town restaurant with great honest food and amazing keto desserts. Friendly staff and owner. Great vibe. Started with the strawberry rhubarb gazpacho. Delicious, cool, a bit tart ... Seasonal and just the thing for a hot day. The custom pulled pork tacos were lovely, served with a yogurt dressed coleslaw. Wife chose the grilled vegetable goat cheese sandwich on a toasted tasty fresh bread and gives it two thumbs up. Lavender lemonade was a nice discovery though a bit to sweet as served, and much more thirst quenching with a bit more water. Keto pecan pie and keto peanut butter cheesecake for dessert. Yum.

Finally made it out to this wonderful little cafe. Food was fantastic, atmosphere was so pleasant. Quality ingredients, good portions, yummy drinks (licensed!!)! You can feel the love that’s gone into it all. Also Suzanne and her husband are the loveliest people. We will definitely be back!

This cafe is a jewel in Alberta. Myself and 3 friends finished off our 5 day retreat at the Sweetgrass Cafe for brunch. Diverse menu of superb food, wonderful visit with the owner. I'll be back to try other items on an outstanding menu and enjoy small town hospitality and supporting our independent business owners.

Love the sandwiches, the Ruben is to live for and roast veg with goat cheese is worth licking your fingers after. The portions are perfect, enough to fill and satisfy your hunger but still leave enough room for Dessert. Its a must. Staff are awesome and friendly. Best cuppuchino maker is Sheila, the foam is so thick and does not break down at all, and add some flavor and whipped cream and you have a little bit of coffee heaven.

Consistent excellent service, friendly staff and fantastic food with a wonderful atmosphere! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good meal, or just something to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can't buy shoes on an empty stomach!

Charming cafe, the atmosphere is indescribable, the menu is clear and well laid out. The food is delicious, the cake is heavenly. It is hard to decide if which is more charming, the cafe or the owners them selves. Well worth the visit, and I highly recommend checking it out.

A beautiful culinary gem in Trochu We stopped in after some bird-watching and were delighted to find a neat little cafe with excellent food and friendly staff. Please take a minute to search this fantastic, fully licensed bistro in the central area, you will not be disappointed!!!

Lovely setting in the arboretum, with pleasant seating on the lawn, deck and inside. The lemonade and iced coffee were wonderful and the sandwiches delicious! Really a delightful find!
