Purchased our first Volvo from Valentine Volvo this January . Shannon McDonald was our sales person. He is very knowledgeable and ensured that we got the best deal possible. Shannon and the team at Valentine Volvo are excellent and would highly recommend them. We are so happy with our Volvo!

Purchased a new vehicle from Shannon this month and the process from ordering to delivery was totally seamless. Shannon was very easy to deal with, straightforward and no pressure.

The car arrived ahead of the expected timeframe by a couple months, looked spotless and all of the dealer installed options are very well done. They even made sure to get winter wheels delivered and installed in time for delivery when I made the last minute decision and they were sold out. This is also the first time I've purchased a car and not had to bring it back for something warranty related within the first week. Overall very impressed with the experience.

We bought a new vehicle from Allan at Valentine Volvo and had a great experience. Allan did his best to make sure we felt taken care of. He was very responsive and helpful, and didn't make us feel pressured at all. It was quite a pleasant buying experience and all the folks at the dealership seem quite reasonable and friendly.

I would like to share my honest story with Valentine Volvo if you are interested in buying a new car at this dealership. I wanted to buy a Volvo vehicle and had no connection or information in Calgary so I searched for the dealership who had the best review. I went to Royal Oak Volvo and their staff were friendly and very nice but they had no vehicle that I was interested in so I had to contact other dealerships. The Valentine Volvo had a beautiful color XC60 B6 model that I currently have. While I was dealing with it, It was a little bit tough to negotiate but they finally gave me the best including best service.
I met Yuan Zuo, who is in the Business Office, he made my day on that day. He was the person to LISTEN and SYMPATHIZE WITH CUSTOMER. He resolved what I had the dissatisfaction(I assume that most of you would have when you are dealing with big money to purchase) and even made me purchase the extra coverage that I have never thought of. He was very professional and friendly so you will love to talk to him and perhaps you may be interested in the extra coverage for your vehicle. He was the best person that I have ever met at the dealership(I have had the bad experience in the  past that many of the dealers usually beat iron wall to have more revenue from customers so not listening not negotiating because it might be their commission ).
The Velentine Volvo will even provide the repair service that they promised on the contract which is professional and has a good follow-up service. They make us happy with our first Volvo and I highly recommend this dealership to you. The Velentine Volvo has to know how Yuan Zuo does hard work behind you. He should deserve it someday!

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Valentine Volvo recently. They are very professional and straight forward. In less than 2.5 hours, on a busy Saturday and with no appointment I was driving home with a new vehicle.

Shannon (sales) was great, and easy to deal with. I felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle or any other vehicle during my visit (unlike a lot of other dealers).

Rebecca (financing) was also great, and very nice. She was quick, efficient, and she knows her job very well.

In every interaction we have had with him, he has exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. On the last occasion, he actively worked to resolve our issue as quickly and efficiently as possible, given we had our two young children with us. He also followed up with us to ensure our needs had been met. And he is always warm and considerate. We are now lifetime Valentine Volvo customers because of our exceptional experience with Danny.

We texted Volvo on a Saturday, wondering if they had Sunday hours. Shannon McDonald quickly texted me back, advising no Sunday hours, but set up a meeting with us Tuesday morning. Shannon was fabulous! He went over the XC40 and the XC60 with care, answering all our questions. We test drove both vehicles and decided on the XC 60. The service at Valentine Volvo was superb!! Mila went over the car for an hour and a half, answering all of our “senior” questions with great patience, before we left the building! I cannot say enough positive things about the service at Valentine Volvo, when buying a new vehicle!! We would both highly recommend Shannon McDonald when purchasing a Volvo!

We bought our first pre-owned Volvo XC90 from Valentine Volvo through sales consultant, Craig Ricketts. He was very patient with us and considered our budget. He worked with us at reaching a reasonable price for the vehicle. He was not pushy at all compared to some of our experiences at other dealerships. He has a nice demeanor when dealing with a potential and actual client. Thanks Craig for giving us a lovely experience with Volvo. It was good doing business with you.

Our delivery specialist was Mila Vallejos. She did a detailed run-through of the features in the vehicle. She followed up a few days later with an e-mail offering to answer any other questions we may have about our vehicle. This tells us that Volvo takes pride in its providing clients pre and post sales service.

Absolutely the best experience with a brand dealer I've EVER had! Everything from the word go was hands down a 5 star experience. Chose the used vehicle we were after, and they had the entire process wrapped up in 2 days. Amazed at the accessories pricing, the roof racks I wanted were 340 dollars cheaper at Volvo, than the CapIt Thule dealer. Also our salesman Trevor threw in some pretty nice extras. Barely used winter Michelin tires, and a completely new set of rims with quality tires. I've always been a fan of Volvo and now I will be a customer as long as I'm driving vehicles. Thank-you to Trevor, and everyone else who helped us into our dream car.

We recently purchased a 2024 XC60 from Valentine Volvo a few weeks ago, the buying experience was top notch from the entire team.
