High River Sunset Drive In

I loved the High River Sunset Drive-In! It's a simple set up which is nice, online tickets, cash and debit at the concession, full running water washrooms. The staff are the friendliest and most genuine I think I've seen out of any establishment I've been to. Sure, you may be able to stream 100's of movies at your fingertips, but Drive-In's are still hanging on, and I'll come here LONG before I stream a movie! 10/10 will be back! But may I suggest glass soda bottles, that would be the cherry on top! ;)

We have been here 3 times in the last 2 years. What a fantastic experience! Everyone has always been friendly and helpful, the movies have started as soon as it was dark enough and they even have battery boosters in case your car battery struggles. Absolutely will be back!

We love that there is a drive-in within close proximity to Calgary. This drive-in is so clean, the team of volunteers are super kind and helpful, the concession is stocked and they actively manage parking so everyone has a clear view of the screen. Everything about this experience was amazing!

Great set up! The volunteer's were friendly and it was worth the drive. Perfect for a COVID free night out. I would recommend showing up a bit early if you plan to use the food trucks.

Went to see a double header this weekend. Fantastic first experience. The volunteers, the food truck staff and especially the concession car-hop were super friendly and helpful. So close to the old days I remember at the drive-in movie, which I can now pass on to the next generation. Best part is profits go to charity! Excellent use of land and talent! We will definitely make this a regular outing when the weather behaves!

From what friends have told me it's awesome ! So I want to take my wife to one here in Aug she's never been to one and I want to show here what I did every Friday night in high-school. I know she'd love it

Our team at Community Productions rented the entire Drive In for a video production and the staff were excellent to deal with from start to finish. They were accommodating, informative and help with problem solving. Looking forward to visiting again soon

This place is great, and big thanks to the volunteers it was very well run. I really hope whoever runs this Drive In continues to do it for years to come, it can be a great little tradition to spend a night or two there every summer/fall. I also loved the throwback ad's and cartoons!

Been her at least 7 times. Everyone is so friendly. Always had a great time with the family. Here again for another year. Opening night. The family and I are always excited. Can't wait to see what movies are this year.

Loved loved loved it omg. Went with my boyfriend to go see a double feature and had so much fun! All proceeds went to charity, getting in/out was very controlled, the staff were great, and lots of food trucks and bathrooms (with lights in the porta potties!!). 5/5 for sure!

Fantastic setup. Loads of room, great screen. Gives a perfect old timey feel with authentic drive in ads and old cartoons. Going to the Sunset Drive-in is more than going to the movies, it's an experience. Kudos to the organizers.

Attended several shows throughout the summer and fall. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Would love to have a Christmas drive in.

I took my 21mth old grandaughter to her first drive in movie Aug. 21st and it was great, and she loved it🥰.

The ONLY thing that put a bug in the evening was the guy next to us left his truck running the ENTIRE time.

We had a great time. The volunteers who run it are just amazing.

Great place too take the family for a movie night make sure u get there early to get a great spot
