Optimum Wellness Centres - High River

From start to finish, I always have a good experience here. Paula at the front is helpful, friendly and efficient. I’ve seen a few massage therapists over the years there, but for the past year and a half I have been working with Chris Anderson and he is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I feel completely safe and well taken care of by him. He listens to what I need and gives the best treatment for my issues. Sometimes we chat and sometimes he intuitively knows I’d like a bit of quiet time. I highly recommend this location and its staff.

I have been a long time patient at Optimum Wellness in High River. I always look forward to my appointments with both Dr. Dan and Chris Anderson. I feel the staff values their patients and provides quality care! Paulette at the front desk is welcoming and goes above and beyond by trying to accommodate the patient's schedule when she books appointments.
I always recommend this clinic to friends and family!

I don’t often write reviews but I just had to this time. Chris the massage therapist worked through some spots that some others could never find! Definitely the best “fix my problems” massage I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a few!!
Dr.Dan is a knowledgeable chiropractor and even the front staff is exceptionally helpful! All around a great place and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Thank you so much!!

Tessie Soriano is super amazing her deep tissue is pure bliss and therapeutic and it really relieves all of my sore muscles especially around the shoulders, really friendly staff and I highly recommend to all my friends and colleagues

This chiropractor was so gentle with my daughter. And very informative, he gave simple instructions to help heal at home. The secretary was very sweet and helped me fill out my forms. Highly recommend this place. Will be coming back for all my chiropractic needs.

I've been coming to this clinic for years. Paulette and Dr.Wellbourn have always been so wonderful to work with. I've seen a couple of their message therapists too. They are awesome with getting people in same day if needed, they direct bill insurance, work as a team to help their patients. I always will recommend them.

Nate Vallinayagam is an amazing physiotherapist who literally cured my aching neck, that chain reacted with my shoulder blade and back. Nate needed to use 2 laser treatments in one week back in April 2022. Still cured! Can’t thank Nate enough! Haven’t felt this pain free in the last 30 years. I was only 19 years old when I got whiplash and pain was a way of life. Nate cured me!

I would like to thank Ms.Gyenneth to do massage today, she done really good to me, I fell more better now after all muscle get relax and out from being tight all over my back, i will tell she very professional by doing that, also definitely will recommend her to all my friends and co-worker. 5 stars 🌟 for u ms.Gyenneth!

Was a little nervous trying some where new but Chris is a great RMT - on time, professional, friendly and knowledgable. Will definitely be back !

I went in with severe headaches and Gweneth with all her expertise and knowledge was able to work on my neck shoulders back. The next morning I woke up with no headaches I was amazed! I was so grateful not to have these painful headaches anymore and able to resume normal activity!

I went to optimum Wellness with back issues that has been going on for years, within two months I was able to see a big change.

Dr. Welbourne is amazing. He's up front, very perceptive and has lots of experience with athletes, which is a big draw for me. Very pleased with my treatments so far.

Nate said that getting the shockwave therapy would heal my hip and it did. Will definitely see him in the future for any injuries I may have

Everybody was very kind, Laurie worked on my back she does a very wonderful job and is very knowledgeable about her work full of a lot of good information and I will continue to see her and recommend her to anybody that needs therapeutic help.
