Dealt with Catherine Descoteaux, technical specialist for a couple of repairs on my X5. My dealings with her were extremely smooth and pleasant. She listened to my concerns and addressed the issues to the best of her capacity. Merci Catherine!

I’ve been looking for the perfect family vehicle for the last 3 months. I’ve called all over Montreal and the South Shore but was drawn to BMW St- Julie for one reason, Julien Fournier. Very down to earth and knowledgeable about the BMW brand. I could tell from the way he talks about BMW cars is that he does truly believe that they are the Ultimate Driving Machine.

When you are buying a high end vehicle it is important to get what you want. Julien makes sure that’s exactly what happens. He is very patient and is never pushy. I would highly recommend dealing with Julien and BMW St- Julie.

Mercedes Soucy in the finance department was also amazingly accommodating to my very busy family/work life schedule.

Bottom line is if you want a BMW go see Julien Fournier at BMW St-Julie!

Julien Fournier is amazing to deal with - just bought a 335xi with M package and love it!!!! The staff at BMW Sainte-Julie are extremely trustworthy and responsive. Normally I hate the vehicle purchasing experience, however Julien and made it easy, seamless, and extremely pleasant. Anyone wanting an absolutely great experience should ask for him specifically!! I know I will for my next vehicle purchase ;)

I first try BMW west Island, can't pay with my credit card ; they say i try to screw them... So i change for BMW Brossard 2 times they promised me a rental car then last minute call me to say they don't have. So now so far i am with BMW Sainte-Julie. Nice staff, professional, nice rental, job done quickly, easy to call or text, done the job i ask for, didn't try to change parts for no reason. Thank you BMW Sainte-Julie !

I recently bought an X5 from BMW Sainte-Julie. I have been a BMW customer for about 6 years, this is my second BMW. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and the utmost attention. I’m really pleased with the quality of service I got from Frédéric Legare and Kim Parenteau. Frédéric was very transparent, knowledgeable, attentive to my needs and gave me ample time before I decided to move forward. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or felt rushed, he made a big decision an easy one. Kim made the payment process very smooth; she was meticulous and quick to respond.
I highly recommend BMW Sainte-Julie and Frédéric.

I decided to stay with this dealership after my first experience in 2020 had been excellent. This time was no different. Although there were a few minor hiccups in the process this time, the sales person and staff at BMW Sainte-Julie were quick to sort these out. Patience and good communication go a long way when making a deal on a new vehicle, and I found these were both well managed in this second experience. This is how brand/dealership loyalty is built.

First time buying a BMW, it's been a great experience so far. Frédéric Légaré is a great sales rep. Very happy with his service especially after sales, this is when you see who has great professionalism. Answered every question I had and followed up on everything, making sure I had no issues with the car.
Service dept. (Jonathan) was great also, had a small issue with the headlights pointing too low. They took care of that immediately. The reception at the service dept. is A1.

After having a bad experience at BMW Canbec and BMW Laval, I tried BMW Ste-Julie and it’s a world apart! Personnaly, it’s the best experience I’ve never had with regard to dealerships. They’re efficient, fast, organized and super gentle. I prefer driving from Montreal to Ste-Julie rather than having to deal with other dealerships again. Keep the good work BMW Ste-Julie, you gave me back faith in customer experience!

I am customer from Ottawa/Ontario. I have visited couple of other BMW dealerships across Canada. this is my first purchase outside of the province. I was bit hesitant initially (taxes etc.). This dealership and their staff made this purchase so easy and I might do it again for my next purchase. The service and attention given by the BMW St Julie has been nothing less than excellent. They treat you well. Our salesman contact is Mr Sebastien Bernier; he is awesome, professional and every time extremely courteous. They do not oversell or intimidate the customer. They treat customer as a customer.

Felt a little intimidated walking into my first BMW dealership but once I got talking to Julien, he really made me feel comfortable and I could tell that he loves his job. Wow what a wonderful experience i had with the folks at BMW St Julie, starting from Rosanne , to Luc and Jade the receptionist, to Francois the Sales Manager and to the "Product Genius" Catherine and the most cordial and competent sales Rep Julien Fournier. From the minute I walked in to the minute i walked out i felt i was buying the most expensive car they had n there show room by the way i was greeted and served . Julien what a great guy understood my needs and wants and did whatever it took to get them accepted, never felt pressured or rushed at anytime. People say that a dealer is a dealer and that is the furthest from the truth, i agree a showroom is a showroom,however the people make the whole difference and the folks from BMW St.Julie are world class material when it comes to customer service mindset . Julien I am totally happy with my car and even happier having met great people like you guys. BMW St Julie is my dealer even though i live in Laval ;!!!!!!
