I travelled from Alberta to purchase a fairly rare LC convertible from the fine folks at Park Avenue Lexus. From the time that I arrived in town the staff were ready to take care of everything I needed. They provided transportation from the airport hotel then back to the airport after our business was taken care of. Everyone was up front during the lead up to the transaction and there were no surprises when it was time to sign the paperwork. The sales staff, the sales manager and the business office staff were outstanding to deal with. They really made me feel welcome and appreciated. It was a long way to travel to buy a car but I got what I wanted at a fair price with no add-on surprise fees that seem to have become the norm with many dealerships in the west.

Bought a second hand vehicle from here. Great condition and even better service. Loic was great, he made sure I had everything I needed for my long drive ahead. Had a small hiccup with my paperwork a week later and he immediately responded and got me sorted out.
Definitely recommend, for a stress free and reliable transaction.

Great dealership in a convenient location, and part of a large dealer group. Service has always been good when I go here, and the staff can help in both official languages. Lots of inventory and plenty of service bays to accommodate customers.

The person who sold me my 2020 Lexus nx 300 Hybrid was very professional, polite and informative. He gave me a good price on my 2017 Lexus nx 200 which I adored but now am totally in love with my Hybriid. If I ever I buy another ((I’m 76) it will be with Lexus Osrk Avenue.

We were looking to replace a car we lost in an accident and came across this dealership that had some interesting vehicles in their used lot. The salesman, Guillaume Grimard, was very helpful and not pushy at all in assisting us with our vehicle purchase. He's knowledgeable and respectful of our needs and he helped us pick a great car that we love. Recommended!

About a month ago I realized there was an issue with the summer tires for the car I purchased last Fall. I contacted Park Avenue Lexus about that and they were extremely responsive and helped me resolve the issue very quickly. Couldn't be happier with their after-sale service, it was awesome!
