After having had an extremely bad experience at Action Chevrolet in St-Hubert, I came to Deschamps where I was received by Mr Jean Sebastien Cammarata and served with such professionalism, I felt welcome and reassured as my experience at other dealer left me a sour taste. Was lucky got my 2024 Envista within 3 weeks due to a cancelation and close to 1000$ less expensive. All others staff I delt with at Credit Office Mrs Sonia Scalabrini and the one that Delivered me the car Marilyn, to the receptionist were exceptional!

was very friendly and the service costs seemed better than at the last dealer i went to.

Unfortunately i had a minor accident and was so concerned about my new car not getting fixed correctly!
Deschamps had it repaired at there state of the art affiliate repair facility . This collision repair centre is not an old body shop full of dust rust and dirt, you can eat off the floor ! The repair was done perfectly and the lent me an almost new car ! It only took a fee days i would recommend you buy from them i have bought many new cars and i have not had that level of service from any other dealer !

Excellent service! The staff is always courteous, they take the time to understand what my needs are and what is important to me. I sent them an email at 10pm, when they were closed, and 15 min later I had a reply. Wow! Many other dealers should take Deschamps as a model of good customer care.

I just purchased a used 2015 Cadillac ATS this week. I had a great experience with this dealer. Went to other 4 GMs dealers willing to change my lease and at Deschamps they were the most detailed oriented and friendly people. Specially Mr. Yvan Laliberte who sold me the vehicle. But the entire team is very professional, they took less than an hour to delivery the car with all the documents, plate installed and vehicle walk-through. I really recommend this dealership for everybody living around Saint-Julie, Saint-Hubert, St-Bruno area who is looking for a GM vehicle.

Je cherchais un Chevrolet colorado depuis quelques temps et lorsque j'étais en visite a Ste-Julie pour les Fêtes, j'ai vu sur leur site web un colorado, je suis arrivé le Jeudi matin entre Noël et le jour de l'an et j'ai demandé de l'avoir pour le lendemain car je retournais à la maison 2 h plus loin. Ils ont fait des pieds et des mains pour me le livré en temps. j'ai adoré mon expérience. Je les recommande!
