My experience with Sainte Julia Kia had its ups and downs, but ultimately, their exceptional customer service turned things around. But what really impressed me was when the owner of the dealership, Patrick, personally contacted me. Taking full responsibility for the miscommunication, Patrick assured me that steps would be taken to prevent such issues in the future.

Moreover, Jonathan, the sales manager, also took the initiative to call me and extend his apologies. This concerted effort from multiple levels of the dealership's staff truly emphasized their commitment to rectifying the situation.

I purchased a used car, gave me a very sweet deal. I flew there to pick it up everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately I couldn’t put a face to name for my sales rep Deitan, who is very helpful.

I took back car to my province had some trouble with inspection. I talked to Deitan about he was very helpful. After couple of days got funds into my account

I recently purchased a semi-new vehicle from Kia Ste Julie and had the pleasure of dealing with the financial director, Erica Foster. She was fantastic throughout the entire vehicle purchase and went above and beyond what was required of her. She was efficient and ensured everything was ready for delivery. She also assisted me in obtaining money back from my old warranty which a local Kia dealer was not interested in assisting me with. She was always prompt in returning my calls and equally assisted me with the intra provincial transfer. She is a true gem. I sincerely hope that the owner of this Kia franchise recognizes just how valuable an employee she is to their business. Thank you so very much Erica. You have been a true blessing!!!

They kept their promise 19 months after I placed an orded for a Sorento PHEV and gave me free tires on rims while I paid sticker for the car with no extras, which by itself is pretty unusual in 2023.

On the flip side (and I believe it applies to Kia Canada rather than Kia Ste-Julie in particilar, so not removing stars), there is a staggering lack in transparency when placing an order. You don't know how many people are in front of you, etc. We only got the car because after 18 months of waiting and endless delays, we had finally decided to move on and cancel the order which was initially supposed to take 1-3 months to deliver. They called us one week after we said we are cancelling to tell us the car is coming in a month and were able to confirm with a serial number. A month is what it takes usually to get the car from Korea's factory to here. So, I assume they just called and checked if they can get a car off the factory line and deliver it for us since we were cancelling, instead of shipping it to a higher priority market. Somewhat disappointing from Kia, but at least we got the car and it's great.

Amazing service, everyone is so Kind and willing to give the best out of them. Specifically Yassine, he was so helpful and provided us with all the advice we needed to buy a car.

So, we bought an used car, unlike other brand name dealers, Kia sainte Julie did inspected the car they were selling, acknowledged what has to be replaced on the car and replaced it.

Our kia niro phev has been coming here for warranty work and they fixed the multiple issues with our vehicle. They maintained great communication with them throughout the entire process. Will definitely bring our vehicle back there if any repairs need to be done.

This dealership is amazing! I believe that they are the largest KIA in Canada and it shows. The staff are sharp and were able to take the time out for all the questions that I had. Well after many phone calls back and forth Mr Martin from the loans department worked very hard to get me my car with my tough credit he came threw with flying colours and my previous review i take back all i said it was a misunderstanding and the boys worked hard great and my 3 boys will be buying there cars from these guys
