Very nice funeral home and cemetery. Huge space, very clean, beautifull scenery, organized and very friendly staff. They really took care of my grandmother and arrangements from viewing to burial. Very professional and ceremony was beautifull. Thank you so much.

This is my third experience with Glen Oaks. Beginning in 2009 with my youngest brother, then in 2016 with my mother and now in 2023 with my son. Never in my wildest thoughts did I think I would have to deal with this. The staff at Glen Oaks looked after everything. That allowed my family and myself to just grieve without much of the headaches of handling the funeral arrangements in minute detail. With just basic input from us everything was done exactly as we wished. We were able to celebrate my son's life as he would have wished. I'm crying as I write this because honestly, this is not the way life is suppose to be. But I realize I'm still blessed because we had him for all of his 26 years and in those 26 years he proved to be the man I knew he would always be. A good man who was always loved and will be forever missed. Thanks so much to the staff at Glen Oaks Oakville. No matter who answered the phone when I called or whoever responded to my emails I always felt heard. God bless you all.

It is a difficult time for a family and Glen Oaks Funeral staff ( Julia, Ellen , Lucas) and Cemetery staff (Dean) made it easier for us in so many ways. From the obituary and video , memorial prayer book to the visitation and service - all was perfect. We laid my mom to rest on January 9, 2024 and my dad has been there since 1998. Thank you to all the staff for
making this experience special for our family.

As a guest, I came here this evening for a service and was amazed with how attentive the staff was. From the gentleman and the lady at the front door greeting and opening the doors for the guests, to the coffee hall with the coffee, food and cookies. It was a beautiful viewing for a sad time in the family's life. It was warm and had homey touches.

First of all this is a very large cemetery, but worth considering if your planning your burial place. Also, great for just a walk as there is some beautiful landscaping & it's all well maintained. There are interesting diverse sections that might be important for ethnic groups.

Most of my loved ones are laid to rest at Glen Oaks and we have always had great experiences over the years

I recently had my first pre-planning experience with Dou-Hee and I am blown away with the level of amazing customer service we have received from her.

Dou-Hee is a kind, efficient and caring professional who takes time to listen to and understand her clients in order to deliver the best possible services based on what she hears.

Thanks to Dou-Hee I had the opportunity to lay my dad to rest with love and dignity and to have his spirit remembered by truly honouring who my dad was.

Kendra and Nicole at Glen Oaks were fantastic. They walked me through what needed to be done with such care and compassion on one of the most difficult days of my life. They were patient and understanding, and did not pressure me or try to “upsell” me on any of their products and services. Once everything was decided, they allowed me time to process, and did not rush me out the door. I am very grateful to have had both of them be a part of this process with me. Their professionalism and care truly made the difference for me.

I am extremely happy that I chose Glen Oaks to make the funeral arrangements for my husband after his recent death.
I was so fortunate to get Jen as my funeral director, she was fantastic. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and guided my family through the complex process with compassion. She was so patient and caring as she answered my endless array of questions before offering answers, solutions and alternatives to help us in the decision making process.
The Memorial Service in the Crestview Chapel was absolutely perfect in every way. I wouldn't change anything. Everyone who attended was so complimentary of both the beauty and elegance of the Chapel and the intimate and moving service.
A special thank you to Lucas for editing both slide shows many times to make it exactly how I wanted, it was perfect.
The Reception venue with the spacious outdoor patio was great. The catering food choice options were extensive and even more impressive on the day. The bar choices and the friendly staff were also appreciated by all.

I have only good things to say about how everything went for my husband's viewing and funeral. This was a completely unexpected, sudden death, but Samantha, the director, as well as all the other stuff there, was great with helping me through the process and listening to all of my requests.
My main concern was my husband to be made to look the way he normally does, and he looked amazing. This was so important to me. All my requests were fulfilled regarding the viewing too, especially regarding it being a quiet, controlled viewing.
Everything went smoothly with no problems at all, which alleviated a huge amount of stress for me. Any changes I requested for the obituary on the website were immediately responded to.
Lisa was also immediately available to help with choosing my husband's crypt at the mausoleum and has been very supportive and helpful throughout.
This was such an unexpected, extremely stressful event in my life, but I felt so relieved and happy that at least my husband's viewing and funeral went exactly how I wanted it. Everything was highly organized with no glitches or issues with audio, etc.
I would highly recommend Glen Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery. I sincerely thank them for helping me through such a terrible time in my life and allowing me to honour my husband in such a dignified setting.

At such a difficult time in our lives laying our mom to rest, Glen Oaks really came through for us. The staff and service were amazing from beginning to end. Our mother looked so beautiful. I would like thank everyone involved for making it just a bit easier for my family.

I am grateful for the staff who supported my family during the planning process of my dear Father's memorial service. Part two: Dustin and staff,
On November 22nd, my family and I had the final inurnment service for my father at the Our Lady of Fatima location of Glen Oaks, overlooking the flags of Canada and Portugal. My father's ashes were beautifully placed in a location that I know represent who he was as a human, and as a proud Luso-Canadian immigrant of 60 years. My family and I are truly grateful for this dedication and for the efforts taken to honour my father in this way. We could not have asked for anything more appropriate. The fact that the bench now sits beside a tree in the garden, also makes it even more poignant, as my father loved nature and its beauty. I look forward to seeing this tree bloom and provide beauty and shade to the bench. Father Gijo conducted an inurnment Catholic ceremony which was beautifully and humbly conducted, a true reflection of his character and also what my father would have wanted. Though the loss of my father has been a tremendously difficult loss, I feel it is bittersweet to reflect on how beautifully organized and precious his final resting place is. I thank you! My family thanks you. I appreciate the time and efforts that were made to successfully place the bench at this location. For this I am always grateful.🙏🏻

The staff at Glen Oaks Funeral home were amazing. They were sincere and were really proactive in taking care of everything. It was difficult time for my family but they really went out of their way to make everybody feel at ease. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.

I have had the best experience possible from the Glen Oaks family of staff in caring for my mother's funeral arrangements. Not only did they accommodate our cultural preferences, but they also provided us with all the info and options to make informed decisions efficiently. I am practical, so I needed to rely on their excellent structure and processes while being flexible. If you want a "one-stop shop" to commemorate your loved ones, I highly recommend Glen Oaks. I've had the pleasure of receiving support from an excellent family of staff: Sean, Nicole, Emily, and the greeters, and superb team in the reception during the luncheon.

They looked after us with care and provided us with the support we needed. They even followed up with us months after the funeral to ask how we are doing. My sister and I would like to thank Lynne and the members of the Glen Oaks team for making my Mom's Celebration of Life truly a day of happiness. Those in attedance were impressed with the flow of the process from the Visitation to the Church service to the Reception.
